Excellent service! Had to get to a gig in White Plains. Called earlier in the day and the cab was waiting for me when I got off Metro North. Heading back to train I had to change the pick up time several times due to some unforeseen issues. I just called Arrow Taxi at 8:39 pm to go 2.8 miles after having used them MULTIPLE TIMES! And each time the fare was $8.00 and I ALWAYS gave the driver at least $16.00! That's a 100% tip! Tonight a Driver in cab 173 picked me up and when I told him where I was going (Home) this Clown said, "I don't like going out there!" Obviously, I was astonished as he was A CAB DRIVER! Awful. Driver wouldn't turn on his meter and wanted to over charge us. We had to call dispatch to get proper price. They charge a night fee and a per person fee. There was only two of us, you shouldn't charge extra for 2 people! The driver was very rude and an erratic driver. Doing 65-70 on the Bronx river parkway which is very curvy and the speed limit is 40. His gas light is also on so hopefully we make it. My seatbelt does work. The car does not smell clean. Don't bother with this company. Take MNR or pay the extra for Uber. At least you'll be safe and not have to worry. This was taxi #123. never again! read more

No problem getting me to the airport but when I returned to LGA I got a call from the dispatcher just as I landed that they didn't have anyone to pick me up. on january 29, 2021, at approximately 5:40pm my daughter took arrow taxi, to the bank and pharmacy when she arrived at the cvs pharmacy and paid with her bank card, the driver said it didn't go through and demanded payment. my daughter showed the drive that the payment went through. on her bank app. the driver refuse to give my daughter back her bank card and called the police on her. my daughter only rides with arrow taxi. especially with everything going on with the police killing innocent people. my daughter had a panic attack, when she saw the police. this is how arrow taxi treats their loyal regular customers! she will never ride with them again read more

A driver( WHOS SIDE MIRROR WAS MISSING) hit my side mirror and kept driving. When I called the company to get information from them they hung up on me and I continued to call. They gave me a first name and hung up so I had to call back for a last name. ( they were to busy to deal with me?)They were aware their driver was driving without a side mirror but weren't gonna do anything about it. I called WP Police and made a report. Laughable excuse for a taxi in 2017. They charge you ten dollars more if you use credit card. They do take credit card bc they have Square...at headquarters. You read that right. Life isn't perfect, but the experience with Arrow Taxi to & from Westchester airport was excellent. On the return trip I called several hours before my flight to White Plains requested a taxi and provided the airline and flight number and arrival time. So I probably am the most gullible customer yet. I actually explained to the dispatcher AFTER having issues with my service that I have been TRYING to give them business. As a business owner, I rely on taxi services to bring clients to and from the train station to my business. On three separate occasions now, I have had abysmal service from this company. After being told they couldn't send a cab to the station to pick me up because the 5 minutes it would take me to bring the train from Valhalla to North White was considered a reservation, I arrived at my place of business and explained to the driver I needed to get cash for him from inside. He made me leave my $1800 computer as collateral for the 15 foot walk it took to get him cash. The dispatcher then told me he remembered me having issues with Arrow, and said the driver should have charged me up front for the ride. And, that he remembered the other occasions which I had issues and said I shouldn't call back anymore. Thank you Arrow. read more

Arrow One taxi is both unprofessional and unreliable. We had ordered a car from them 3 days in advance. We confirmed the night before, and a couple hours before the pick up. We called the dispatcher when the cab was a couple minutes late, and he promised me that the cab driver was on the way and will be there in a couple minutes. After 10 minutes, I tried to call the dispatcher again, and he ignored my phone call. So, we called an uber and the driver came within 5 minutes to white plains. At the end of the day, I would not trust Arrow One. I am disappointed in how the dispatcher handled the situation, and how they expected us to wait when the driver came 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up when we had a flight. I have taken other taxi services and Arrow is the Best! So accommodating, text you when the taxi is enroute, and arrives, driver gives you his name and I have nothing but great prices even to the Bronx. I was using another service but now I have gotten to know the dispatcher and once you have a good relationship, and good service, I refer as much as possible. Angelo is the best! Dressed like I was in a Limo, helped with packages and luggage and we talked all the way back. Not all are talkers but ask for him and you may even get your car door opened! I always bring cash as I unfortunately know about their service charge for CC's but always get a receipt. Irresponsible and uncaring. I preordered a cab for pick up at JFK and received a confirmation text. No one showed and when I called they indicated they had no order. They could not explain my confirmation text and hurried me off the phone. I checked the app and it indicated they cancelled my reservation- no reason for the cancellation and, most importantly, no notification that it was cancelled. Should b an easy job for a White Plains taxi company but not the case for Arrow taxi. The driver they sent drove right past us and picked up someone else b4 I could get him. A call to Arrow yield lots of sorry's but no results only lame stories. First they were sending a new car, then they claim that car broke down so the original taxi was coming back. WTF. I called for a cab and the operator told me 10 minutes (because they won't take a reservation for 15 min, I could have called back). Since I didn't want to miss the train I said OK and I hurried. I had to call back twice because he was lost...really?! a cab lost in their own city!?, and it took 20 minutes. By that point, I'd missed the train and said I had to go to another station for the same amount. My mistake...the operator put me on with the manager who told me it was my fault, I should have called 30 min in advance, it's not his fault the driver got lost and that his operator told me 10 min. Called a taxi for a boarding student going late to school and it arrived at the time requested (1 star). When it arrived, I went to get the girl and found her being sick. I went to the front door and apologized to the driver in car #54, saying that the taxi was no longer needed. He yells that I'm supposed to call. When I say that I only just realized that I wouldn't need him, he gets louder and says that I was supposed to call. I repeat myself, thinking he didn't understand. This completely grown man yells out of his window "You are stupid!" and speeds off towards the corner where a group of elementary school children, waiting for their bus, quickly stepped back into the grass. I can deal with a bit of bad driving, few minutes lateness, weird odor, small price inconsistencies, grumbling, eye-rolling, whatever. There should be no reason that a driver feels comfortable yelling insults out of a window like an overgrown toddler and swerving off dangerously because he was inconvenienced. If I can stand there (AS THE CUSTOMER) with vomit all on my pants, a million other things having gone wrong already before 9:00 am, and manage to somehow apologize politely, then you can calmly drive off and curse me out with the window up. The ride was for one of our several dozen international students studying in the Westchester area. None of us will be using Arrow again. read more
