On top of that, the front desk woman, Barbara, was rude and dismissive when I questioned it. I am very sensitive to strangers touching me, so I was a little nervous walking in to my appointment. Tameca immediately made me feel at ease with her calm nature, and we began to discuss my needs. After a few minutes of chatting, Tameca led me into one of the soft lit rooms and left me to undress. I became very serene settling under the warm covers of the massage table listening to the chill music twinkling in the background. Tameca came in when I was ready and explained where she was going to focus on based on my intake. I had told her I like firm pressure, and so she got deep into my tissue-- I could've meeelted into the floor. Over the next hour and a half, I let go of weeks of terrible tension stored in my neck, shoulders, back and feet-- and just about everywhere else. She used a cinnamon infused oil that warmed my whole spirit. The whole time Tameca checked on me to make sure I was still comfortable, and was so nice about me needing to get up to use the restroom in the middle of our session. The only thing I can complain about is that 90 min passes so fast when you are über relaxed! I will definitely be booking with her again, especially as we enter the holidays...no better cure for my in-law-related migraines than an hour or two of bliss :D
