I confirmed with my doctor that the order went through. The doctor said this company is always slow to respond and not very great. When I called, I heard a woman's voice answer, but the call was immediately put on hold without any message, e.g., no one saying "your call is very important to us," or even asking me to hold. I waited on hold awhile, then hung up and called back. I couldn't get any response. So maybe it's a bad day or they are understaffed, but not contacting me in 2 weeks is inexcusable, especially when the call is only for the purpose of connecting and setting up a time to get what I need.

If it weren't for them, not sure how we'd know to question MM's billings. Don't expect MM to answer phone calls, except for the recording to leave a message. And then, if you get a return call within three or so days, count yourself lucky! There is CONSIDERABLY MORE I could explain, but with all reviews being at ONE, you get the idea from all of us who have shared a few of our experiences that if you have a choice of DME providers, do NOT choose Major Medical Supply (or Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment). If a ZERO or MINUS rating was possible, that would be more accurate for MM!
