So my wife locked us out of the house and I called this company. Some skinny kid in a white Lexus came and said he would charge around $100 (including the $30 service fee for the drive). When he arrived he didn't even try to open it and said he would need to drill it for $250, and then charge an additional $250 for a new lock. When I said absolutely not, he then said he could take $200 off if I wrote a good review, to which I said, so you can do this cheaper? I made the decision to say no because the vibe he gave me was just horrible business so then told him no and that it's way too expensive to just pick a lock. While I was trying to pay him the $30 for the drive, he kept lingering saying the charge is supposed to be $50 for the service drive instead of $30. WHAT A ******* COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I called another company and they were able to pick the lock for $160 + $30 service drive. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Within ONE minute of posting my project, Daniel got back to me and after a few more minutes of discussing the project, he gave me a flat rate that was reasonable. Super fast service to my home, even though it was later at night! We only had one keyfob, and it was in such bad shape that it had fallen off my key ring at work a couple of days before, and someone turned it in at the receptionist. I didn't discover it until I was ready to go home -- and the receptionist was gone. Turned out, someone had turned it in, and she sent out an email alerting people about it that day-- but I wasn't on the email, so I spent 2 hours after work looking for my key, knowing it had to be in or around the building somewhere. Long story short: I knew it was PAST time to get a new one! He was in and out within 30 minutes, and I now have a keyfob I love! We just had a small issue with the payment, which was no one's fault. We paid via the link they sent us, and the money was deducted from our account, but somehow Bee didn't get the payment from their payment vendor. All I had to do was provide proof of the payment from our checking account, and they were good to go! They simply took up the issue with the vendor.
