After I called the number recommended, they were able to find me in the database. Apparently the company has been bought by a new person, which may explain some of the difficulty with follow up. I would not hire Bee Merry Lights! Poor work quality. Warranty is a fraud. Non responsive and do not take responsibility for their work. I hired Bee Merry to hang bistro lights and decorative lights in my backyard. A tension line was required. Tension line broke during after a few weeks. Called Bee Merry many times, they would make verbal appointments with me to come back out to rectify only to no show every time. This happened four times. Multiple text message, emails, phone calls unanswered. Owner recently replied, "we don't do bistro lights any more. Find someone else." My reply, " then give me my money back!" No response from Bee Merry. I will be taking them to small claims court and suing them for what I payed plus the cost to fix this situation. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD! ITS WORTHLESS! read more

I appreciated getting a discount by agreeing to have our Christmas lights put up early! When the power got turned off by our power company, they were great about coming back to reset the timers. Was disappointed with service. They came out and started doing lights. My wife asked for icicle lights. Had huge gaps in between. It looked so bad that I just had them take them down. They used green wire lights on a white house. The guy did a site visit and I felt like his team came unprepared. Spoke to the owner about it and lost deposit. Gave 2 stars because I didn't want them back out at my house although he offered. I mean hired a pro to get it right the first time. Just made something fun a chore. Also come to find out my wife asked for cool white lights instead of warm. We bought our own lights hung most of it ourselves and hired a handyman to get on the very top of the roof.
