I got a full set of acrylics and they were done very nicely. Overall, they turned out very clean and were done extremely attentively. I would say that it is 100% the best nail salon I've ever gone to and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely go back for daily nails, especially prom nails. Very impressive!

This place is not good. I thought I've seen the worst place until I came across this place. The lady was rushing and didn't even bother taking off the Polish on my skin. She didn't take all the cuticles around my nails. I wish I can say something positive about my experience but I can't think of any. read more

I called to come into the shop was told to just walk in and they weren't busy. Once I arrived I waited 50 minutes. Two watch two other walk in's walk in after me with no appointment. I felt weird and wasn't greeted. Racism at its best! read more

Don't go here, i asked for long nails and the lady cut them short also they are bumpy and the shape is awful. The nails are also crooked. The lady doing my nails was rushing to get done. Waste of money! read more

I went to get a gel manicure, 2 days later it started chipping I go back and the managers attitude was absolutely horrible toward me. I had them redone only to come home later that night and again they started chipping again.. I feel like I threw money out the window. Either their polish is old or their lamps are not up to par but because of the owners attitude I will never return! read more

Not worth the money! I went there to get a basic gel manicure. It was the WORST experience I have ever had. The man who did my nails couldn't even cut or paint my nails evenly! You could see that he missed the top cop on some of my nails and there are bumps on my nails from not cleaning it properly. I had to redo them myself when i got home. It was the worst $25 I have ever spent. For the price of this place, might as well as go somewhere else. read more

This is by far the best salon I've ever been to! Alicia is an expert nail technician and my nails are always PERFECT! She does exactly what I want done every single time! Pedicures are great too!!! Horrible!!! I got a full set and asked ford them to be short and she didn't do so when I asked again! 5 of my nails fell off the next day! Not worse the money at all! Oh and I asked for a design and didn't received what I asked for! I shall post pictures! DONT EVER GO HERE!!! read more

One of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. I grew up in Mullica Hill, and frequented Bee Nails while I was in high school (2006ish), never with a single complaint. I recently returned for the holidays, and brought several members of my immediate family in for appointments on Friday 12/23. Thus began the intense disappointment. First of all, two members of our four-person group (again, all whom had made appointments multiple days in advance for the same time) did not get attended to until almost an HOUR after our scheduled appointment time, with little-to-no communication or apology from staff. Second, the work was TERRIBLE. I will only speak for myself here, but I got a regular pedicure and a full gel manicure, and while the pedicure was satisfactory (although the polish started chipping off just two days later), the gel manicure was the worst I've received in over a decade of consistently paying for that service. The edges of the polish were jagged, unruly, and in most cases not even touching/extending out to the cuticles. The gel dried disfigured and lumpy, with the bulk of the gel settling at the base of the nails. And, as predicted by that point, the lumpy gel ends started peeling off around four days after application. If it had not been a holiday weekend, I would have returned the next day and demanded a re-do; since it was, and I instead spent that time with family, I had to suck it up. I have nothing to gain from complaining about Bee Nails - I live 3,000 miles away, and couldn't redeem a re-do even if they offered it to me! But buyers, beware. You've been warned. read more

I normally go to this salon but after yesterday I will never. I walked in ahead of a lady (Sue). I am 5'10 and Sue is about 5'1. The owner was on the phone, as I stood there patiently and signed in, he completed his call and looked passed me. He asked Sue "How can I help you?". Sue told him that she had an appointment and with who. I asked why did he help her (Sue) first and not me. He told me that "You or her it's the same". I am sorry it isn't the same. It was rude and the answer to it was callous and dismissive. I thanked them and walk out. These microaggressions will not be tolerated, especially to a business I am a frequent patron. read more

Returned once again 3 years later thinking they would have their stuff together, oh my goodness, Bee nails is a filthy dirty establishment. Flies were everywhere buzzing around my head, each nail station was dusty, food wrappers and food out in plain sight. The walls were all scuffed and dirty. The instruments they used did not look like they had been kept in a sterilized container, I can only imagine the bacteria on each tool. The question I'm asking myself right now is why the hell I even stayed to get my service done. I am going to report them to the Board of Health. Oh and John the owner, is completely rude, he does not acknowledge that you're standing in front of him at the checkout counter waiting to pay (he was on his cellphone)-the girl was trying to YELL from all the way in the back that my service cost $35 (are you serious), he finally gets off his ass and snatches my card from me...doesn't say a word. I am disappointed in my experience with Bee Nails. They weren't welcoming. While getting my nails done, the man used the same nail file ON HIMSELF. Also, I got a gel manicure. This happened on a Friday, today is Tuesday...and I have 4 chipped nails. Paid $30 for chipped nails. Don't spend your money here! read more

"Meh" is right. Definitely dingy looking, most of the staff was not professional (yelling across the salon, talking on the phone). Went a few times and each time my nails were done poorly - either the entire nail wasn't painted, too much nail polish and it bubbled when drying, or it was cut and filed on an angle. There are better places in the area. read more

I was heart broken because the blonde was very over processed and straw like :( I would have never gotten the blonde streak if I knew it would be so damaged. I was left alone with my hair being bleached for a long time with no one checking up on me, so the bleach was left in too long. When they put the brown dye on, I was left with it running down my face as it was dripping a lot, and no one was around. I went back to get the grill marks bleached out, but they still left a brown stripe right on the top! I had to watch out when the wind blew my hair back because it looked so ridiculous. I didn't want to have to go back for the third time, especially when you have to pay $35 to have it blow dried to not walk out with a wet head for the mistakes they made I paid $250 dollars to have my hair completely botched. I don't know how to fix it either. I had a lot of medical issues a few years ago, so I lost a lot of my hair until recently. It took me years to grow my hair back to the point of being healthy, and it's so painful to be back at a point where I either damage it more to fix this mistake or live with my hair looking like this.

It just felt like she was moving as quickly as possible and there was not a lot of attention to detail. In the end, my nails do look pretty good (from afar) the service itself was just disappointing. All the other workers seemed great with their customers!
