Everyone from the owners to the nail technicians feel like family. My nails always look great and I get compliments all the time. They recently opened a lash and beauty spa nearby too! Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

I tried to have her fix my nails multiple times during the appointment, but it looked like she was doing the best she could do. The nail tech did only charge for the getting a new acrylic set and didn't charge me for the soak off of my previous set and for the deisgn because of the inconvenience, which was nice. I will never go back to this place again, save your time, money and energy and your nail beds, and find some other place for you next set.

The salon is clean and spacious. The day I went I enjoyed the manicure I received and pedicure. The pedicure by Tammy was phenomenal. My nail polish would not compromise and Tammy tried everything to make sure my nails looked good before she wrapped up. I would have given this experience a 5 I'd it we're not for 2 things. 1.) for natural nails techniques should err on the side of gentleness as to avoid weakening the nails, 2.) the owner talked non stop about politics and everything on his mind; for me this is a time to fully relax and I found it disturbing to hear talking loudly the entire time.
