My nail polish would not compromise and Tammy tried everything to make sure my nails looked good before she wrapped up. She made an appointment for the following day. When she arrived, she was told that they forgot to write it down and she would have to come back. Although she was annoyed, she did return. They could've handled the situation much more appropriately by either bumping someone who took her spot or by offering her a discounted or better yet a free service. During the service my partner felt very rushed. Simply put, their response was not a very customer oriented one. She doesn't think she'll go back.
