It's especially convenient for drop offs and bringing in packages so they'll compare prices between carriers for you. They also carry a solid supply of shipping materials that you may need. The staff is also always very friendly, but at times may not be the most knowledgeable, this is usually ok though as they'll consult one another and get the necessary information. However, last time I went I was using a flat rate usps box and when I handed it over I was quoted twice the actual price, I know this for a couple reasons, the first being that it was a flat rate box and the prices are published. The second being that I just kind of said I'll think about it and went to the post office down the road who shipped it for the actual price which was literally half what the postal annex worker had quoted me. Now I'm not sure why their price was so high for the same carrier (usps) other than assuming that he did not quote the base price and instead quoted a price with add-one like insurance, tracking, etc. without asking me. Overall though I have always had positive experiences, and would still highly recommend, just would warn to be a little weary and ask some questions about specifics.

I went in to purchase a few items using my Kohl's Gift Card along with a 30% off coupon that Kohl's regularly sends to its valued customers. The register accepted both without any issue. But then the sales manager stepped in and told me that if I used the 30% coupon, I was not allowed to pay with my gift card and would be forced to use a Kohl's Credit Card instead. Even when I showed that the system allowed the gift card, the manager said: "Even if the system allows it, I will not allow it." This felt extremely unprofessional and honestly scam‑like, as if they were trying to push customers into opening or using a Kohl's credit card. The incident happened in front of other customers, causing unnecessary embarrassment and wasting my time and trip. If this is how this store treats long‑time loyal customers, I strongly recommend others avoid this location until Kohl's addresses this behavior. No customer should be denied a valid payment method or pressured into using a credit card they don't want.

Update Dec 2025: A convenient location BUT.....a few issues:…read more 1) Parking is terrible especially when the driver of brown UPS truck cannot even park between the white lines! Maybe a newly licensed driver? 2) UPS driver puts all the bags with packages on the sidewalk! So much for porch pirates! 3) Getting to the door to enter, a large rock is a hazard other customers have complained and now another. Use an adjustable hinge at the top or put leg attached on the door to prop it open either are less hazardous than tripping. 4) Plug in fragrance and excess colognes are nauseating-might be UPS driver and employees but offensive with smells that overwhelm as I had an asthma attack, not cool. Generally, the staff are kind and welcoming but sometimes I feel otherwise and this is problematic given the nature of the business. Please escalate to management for UPS driver to park out back and leave spaces for customers. Also, the UPS vehicle is in need of tires! What I also like about it is that they actually have a parking lot, as most establishments in that area only have paid street parking.
