Not only is it a small immigrant owned business, the service is absolutely beyond. The pharmacist is so knowledgeable, doctor level understanding, even more so sometimes. She shares her thoughts and suggestions that are very cost effective and work best with my other ailments. She takes a holistic approach which is very rare. The team at Bee Well has gone above and beyond for me, a number of times including helping me find coupons when I was out of work, advocating for me with my doctor when I was written the most expensive and out of network medicine, making sure I am stocked up on COVID tests and beyond. We first found this neighborhood pharmacy during covid because of free vaccinations that the government wanted us to take. Since then we've used them for all our prescriptions. It's a mom and pop shop, local neighborhood pharmacy. They know you by name unlike the big pharm establishments. Great people. read more

My son took covid test on December 31 and as of 9pm January 6 when I last talked to him, he had not received any results. My wife and I got tested at Bee Well on Monday, January 3 around noon. As of 7:45am on January 7 we have not received results. edit - I don't know why this thing says I am in California. I live in Cary NC read more

One of the most chaotic and negative experiences. I had used this pharmacy for cover testing before, They used a wake laboratory and results were communicated on the second day. That was fine...but...then ....the third time...owner and staff were late opening... When I tried to ask a question..the pharmacist came to my car..took my sample and said that they would finalize the data on the sample because.."they had my data in their computer." I waited 2 days..then..3 days and the sent me a previous report from oct. 2021....I called later..told them of the error and was told to give the vero laboratory a call. when I called, i could reach no one as it was after hours. The pharmacist told me that the lab had not processed 6 of the tests that were gotten on Wed. jan. 12, 2022...when i spoke to the lab they said that there were 150 tests from bee well...that could not be processed because of incomplete data on submitted tests. it was against the law without proper identification on the samples. This was negligence......pure and simple. I will report them for their poor business practice and hope that they will be stopped from testing. no stars read more
