Made my appointment, Yes my appointment was scheduled very far out (2+ weeks!) but I wasn't in a hurry to get them done. Day of the appointment, I was a bit lost/confused as to where she was located. There were multiple offices in building. I finally found it, was greeted but waited a few minutes (my appointment time was now being used) After a few minutes of the previous client leaving she took me in. She listened to what exactly I'm looking for & I loved my finished look. I have paid triple somewhere else, more upscale & HATED IT. She did exactly what I wanted...natural but flirty look. She did give me a little TMI about her husband & family/life but whatever lol...it could've been a lot worse. It's nice to have a little girl talk. I am just now leaving a review because I went somewhere else ( also a Groupon deal) to get my lashes done for the Thanksgiving holiday and am just realizing exactly how great of a job Valencia did! My lashes with this most recent set/new person was falling off within a week. I did not use any oils, mascara and did not get them wet so they were just poorly installed. With Valencia, I had them on from close to a month without any issues! Anyway, I purchased another Groupon for her and will be using her in the future. She is very skilled at lashes. Regarding professionalism, she was on the phone the entire time but I did not mind. I am not much a talker and did not want to engage in small talk anyway. I put on my headphones and listened to Beyoncé while she worked. Overall, I would recommend!

When I pulled up I was apprehensive because it looked very old with discolored plastic chairs sitting in front. She must have seen me because she opened the door and waved me in. No one else was there. It was very dusty and clear that there probably is not much business done there anymore. The woman was very nice am I really didn't mind that it was so old and no one else was there. However when she cut my hair dry and said she was finished I was disappointed. I let her know this and it's why I asked for a "sun-kissed" look. I wanted only slight, natural-looking highlights. This being my first time, I did not want a full-on, dramatic change. I pointed out to Amanda a picture of her cousin that she published on the Color me Confident FB page. Her cousin had dark hair like mine and she showed natural-looking highlights in that picture. Amanda said she understood and told me that she would do a light balayage. I refused to look in the mirror until she was finished because I was excited about it. She kept saying throughout the process how amazing it looked and that I would love it. When she finished my hair it looked fine to me from the front so I said it was great! I paid and left. When I got home and was able to inspect the hair further, I noticed how uneven the highlights were and the color was too yellow/orange and fake looking on my dark brown hair. I was expecting a color that would blend in with my dark brown tone. But the contrast of the yellow/orange is too harsh against the dark of my hair that it looks cheap to me. She was very nice and she does have satisfied clients so I know she can do a good job but maybe it's just that highlights are not her forte based on other dissatisfied reviewers here.

After tip, card processing fee, it came to $160 for 2 pedicures. Their sign in machine wasnt working so no points were earned. The lady my husband had kept trying to upsell him. She probably asked him 5 times if he wanted a manicure but didn't mention it would be $30 more. She kept saying his nails were so long. But he declined. The guy I had, whom I believe was the owner, didn't say 2 words to me. The 10 min massage was just 10 mins of his rubbing lotion up and down my legs. The only massage I got was from the chair. lol.
