    My new FAVORITE Nail Salon. Very friendly employees, reasonable prices, and excellent quality of work. There is plenty of parking. Salon very clean with welcoming vibe. THEIN was my nail technician and she did a great job

    I called ahead & asked if they had availability for 2 pedicures within the next 10mins. I was told yes so I proceeded to go. I get there and my 1st surprise was the prices (the cheapest pedicure was $43). But I'm like we're here so let's do it. Then we get called to the chairs only for me to start getting worked on and the other person waited. Once my pedicure was almost done, the person working on me, then started working on the other person leaving my toenails unpainted. We came with the expectation that we'd be getting our pedicures at the same time. But instead it ended up being a waiting game. Then there's supposed to be complimentary drinks. No one offered anything. We had to ask. And they didn't even have everything available that's listed on their list of services/menu. Overall, I wouldn't be mad at the prices if the pedicure was worth it. But it was the most basic pedicure ever that I normally would pay $23 for. Then the icing on the cake was still charging and extra $18 for gel polish. With their prices, gel needs to be included. Call me cheap, but I know a rip off when I see it. Then to make matters worse, the tell me after they've already removed previous polish that they're charging and extra fee for removing it. I definitely will NOT be back. They weren't very welcoming and the atmosphere just felt off. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. Instead, I ended up being more annoyed than anything. As we were paying, the other person with me asked for a complimentary removal of the charge for removing the gel as she had to wait a long while. There were multiple reasons as to why they would not discount the bill including "it's just $5", "you did not ask to take the charge off before leaving the chair", "you're being mean", etc. the owner joined the party and I started recording. As I'm recording, she threatens to call the police on me because it's "illegal" smh. DO NOT COME HERE. And if you do, COME AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

    Quyen did my nails. Beautiful and spring time!  She was also kind and professional and fast. The place was clean!

    The service is good, nice quality pedi and powder mani. It's a little more expensive than other nearby nail salons, but I keep going back.

    Love this salon! Clean, bright and elegant decor. Seats are so comfy. Pedicure was excellent. Tech was very friendly.

The nail tech, Ruby, forgot the color I chose and painted them the wrong color. Because I was rushing to another appointment, she told me to come back the very next day and she would fix it. When I called to schedule the correction, Ruby wasn't there, so I made an appointment for 9:00 AM the following morning. Today, I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes because she was late. During that time, the owner/manager came over, looked at my toes, took photos, and explained they had already been having issues with Ruby. Because I had already been inconvenienced by having to return for a mistake that was not mine, take additional time away from work, and then wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I asked the owner if acrylic could be added to my big toenails at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for everything I had been put through. The owner agreed and instructed Ruby to do it. That is when the situation escalated. Instead of accepting the owner's decision and taking accountability for the original mistake, Ruby became argumentative and confrontational with me. At that point, my frustration was no longer about the color itself. It was about the repeated inconvenience, lack of professionalism, being late to a scheduled appointment, and being met with resistance and excuses rather than a sincere effort to correct the situation. The issue could have been resolved professionally, but Ruby's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a simple correction into an unnecessarily negative experience. I also want to be fair in my review. I previously had my fingernails done by Austin, and I will absolutely give credit where it is due his nail work is beautiful, and I was always happy with the quality of his services. However, I did have an experience where I felt he was unnecessarily rude to both my mother and me, and that interaction ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can acknowledge the quality of his work, customer service and professionalism are equally important to me as a paying customer.( Fortunate for me I do have this whole encounter voice recorded so that I was able to go back ACCURATELY create this HORRIBLE review! ) The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The workstations, floors, and overall appearance of the shop were consistently kept neat during my visits. Cleanliness was never an issue, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a professional environment for customers. Stylist Review for Ruby: Ruby was the original technician who did my pedicure and unfortunately my experience with her was disappointing. She painted my toes SUPER SLOPPY the wrong color after I had clearly selected a different one and asked me to come back the next day to correct her mistake. SHE Never showed up the day she told me to come in to correct her mistake . When I returned for my scheduled appointment, she arrived over 30 minutes late. What was most frustrating was that instead of taking accountability for the inconvenience and mistake, she became argumentative when the situation was being addressed. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately that was lacking during my experience. Review for the Owner/Manager: I appreciate that the owner ultimately tried to make the situation right. At first, there seemed to be some hesitation when I requested acrylic on my big toes as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of having to return, missing work time, and waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, after reviewing the situation and recognizing everything that had occurred, the owner reconsidered and approved the request. While the experience should never have reached that point, I do appreciate that management eventually listened to my concerns and attempted to provide a reasonable resolution. Review for Austin: Austin is very talented when it comes to nails, and I want to give him full credit for the quality of his work. My fingernails always looked great, and I was consistently happy with the results. Unfortunately, I had an experience where I felt he was rude and dismissive toward both my mother and me, which ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can't fault his skills as a nail technician, customer service is just as important as the service itself. If professionalism and communication had matched the quality of his work, I would likely still be a client today.
