I live in the United States, A dear friend in Derry passed and I needed flowers with same day delivery on a Sunday. The lady at Beechwood could not have been more helpful and polite ....offering condolences first and then taking care of every detail of my order. First of all they sent dead flowers, then when I complained they said they would re-deliver with some fresh ones, and then they didn't show up, or respond to my calls. They are a shambles and their flowers are rubbish. read more
