Their communication was great and the technicians were really nice. When the county implemented the water softening thing, I called Evergreen to get it adjusted and they came over and brought salt for our system. Don't even bother wasting your time with getting an estimate from Evergreen.

They didn't charge me for the service call to check the old unit as it wasn't repairable. Jeremy was polite, well-mannered and quickly fixed the pressure problem and replaced the filters, making sure all the drips and drops were wiped dry. When the charcoal filter is replaced, the water is murky initially. Often technicians don't flush the water to get rid of that. Jeremy did, I was so surprised and pleased. The in-home service was well worth it and less than expected, couldn't be happier.

I've tried reaching their sales department each time, left messages, left voicemails, everything. Not one return message in all that time. Probably about 15 calls in total, leaving 5 detailed messages. Avoid this place.
