The job was to replace a broken pipe between the well and the house. It involved cutting up the concrete patio. They also replaced the little galvanized plumbing we had left and put in a new pressure tank. What I particularly liked about Five Star was the quality of work and that fact that they had a person, Jacob, that followed up and made sure that work progressed and was done to my satisfaction. I view that as a good quality control. I also liked the fact that they were the lowest cost by far. Would recommend that to any friends.

They charged us for THREE service calls because their guy didn't fix it right the first time. I even tipped him cash the 1st visit! We had to wait all weekend for them to come back to try again (losing the whole weekend of working on the house). 2nd visit, 30 min of it was spent there waiting for his office to call back with a part price (he gave up and asked if they could let us know...) but guess who paid for that 30 minutes? Yep, me. 3rd visit to install the part he should have put in day one. NEVER AGAIN Edington. If you continue to rip people off like this you will have no customers. Zero chance we'd call you in the future. When we replace our whole system next year ZERO chance we'd buy it from you.
