I was tricked into signing up for a credit card, without realizing it! Went to this store for the…read morefirst time. The cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for "Rewards"; I said Yes. She said she'd be able to sign me up very quickly. She then had me fill out some information on the screen. It was all very fast. Next thing I know, she tells me that my card will be in the mail in a couple weeks, and she gives me paperwork having to do with MasterCard. I said, "You asked me about Rewards. You never said anything about signing up for a credit card". She then said, "Sorry about that, you don't have to activate the card when you get it". - but said in a tone of voice that said that she really didn't care. So now I'm stuck with a credit card that I never requested and do not want, and constant emails that I also do not want. Yes, yes, I should have paid more attention to the forms I was completing on the screen. Admittedly, I was experiencing some back pain at that moment and wasn't paying much attention. So that part is my fault. However, I will never forget that they had me sign up for a credit card without ever verbally telling me that that was what I was signing up for. That should not be allowed. Writing this to warn others.

Every cashier looks all over the item for the price because they are never in the same place. Somebody is just plain lazy to do a better job.
