In fact, we are looking for the same curtains that are hanging in the front lobby for our living room, we like them that much. They are currently decorated for the holidays and the decorations are beautiful. The staff are very helpful and open to listening to my parents and family members and having respectful, courteous discussions on their care. My parents are going through an adjustment period but they are "learning the ropes" and settling in. Overall it's just a great place and I'm very comfortable with my parents living here.

We called and they claimed we discussed what would happen with our members balance after passing.. we never did we talked with Olivia said for the balance to be refunded. They were paid their fees from a separate account. They ended up taking extra and we now have to get our lawyer involved which won't end well for them. Just an fyi check on your people and funds consistently if you have a loved one there.

It was very difficult watching my grandma for her final years, over five years now, falling into dimentia. If you ever have the misfortune of talking to someone named Austin may God help you. He was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Offered zero solutions to help my son and wanted to blame me for all of my son's issues (which stem in large amount from my son willfully and intentionally not taking his medications). During the phone call I did get defensive as I'm human. I didn't take well to someone being judgemental and making assumptions about me or my life when they knew nothing about me. After 15 minutes of him browbeating me and blaming me for my son's issues he randomly put me on hold because hold music suddenly came on and after a few minutes I hung up. If this is how their "therapists" treat family members then I feel bad for the patients.

Very unprofessional place of business, they offer me a job, text message me the day before I do…read moreorientation and ask me to do a 12 hour shift for that Saturday, before I could answer they text back less than 30 minutes later and tell me never mind they found someone. Then, the day of orientation, 930 am, I'm supposed to be there at 1, they call me and tell me they are pulling my employment offer because they found something on my employment background check( which is a complete fabrication) so when I asked for them to tell me what it was that they found Jamie could not answer me, she just said I was not a good fit for the position available!! Such dishonesty and unprofessionalism!!
