She was calling to let me know that I needed to make sure he got fed and to give him his med reminder because their lady chose not use the key and to help him today. Well let's see I am gone from the house for about 11 to 12 hours, work in another town. I CAN'T make sure to feed him and give him his meds. This is why their company is hired. My grandpa is an 88 year old diabetic veteran has dementia and can't hear a bomb without a hearing aid that he doesn't wear when he doesn't have company. I called a Veteran resource line and the guy thinks that is unprofessional and unacceptable and thinks I need to file a complaint. On top of that my grandpa was upset because his lady didn't even show up today. So he was expecting her and she should have done her job.

It has become more than a care facility but rather her home filled with people who love her, nurture her through the stages of her disease and have become her extended family. It's far more than just attending to her personal and physical needs, it's also about the hugs, holding hands, brushing her hair or doing her nails all while treating her with respect and compassion. With her progressing Parkinson's her voice comes and goes the center has helped her with speech therapies and the even go her set up on a device that she can use to communicate with us and the staff. There were 3 people who came in AFTER me and they got to them before me. I'm not one to usually complain or go out of my way but it's disappointing to drive all the way to whitefish out of my way because Kalispell is awful and still get the same treatment. My daughter was born in whitefish hospital and the care has always been so good up until now that's why we chose it. But it seems just like every other company in the valley it's all corporate and no longer entirely focused on patient care.

He has been seeing Dr Stacy during this time and has improved in many ways, especially nervous system regulation (my fav). I started seeing Dr Kali as she is a Webster certified Chiro and I was about 20 wks along in my pregnancy. We had a healthy pregnancy, labor & delivery. Baby Juniper was positioned optimally & ever since she was 5 days old she has had regular adjustments with Dr Kali. We have noticed the difference this makes as she goes through growth spurts and the teething process. I still receive regular adjustments from Dr. Kali as this has helped me w/nervous system regulation & the postpartum healing period. Our entire family is grateful for this small family practice and we're not sure what we would do without them!

However, you're in VERY good hands here. I see Dr. Kali, and my hubs sees Dr. Stacy. Both are amazing. During the first appointment, they conduct some pretty in-depth tests before they start doing any adjustments. That part was really cool to learn about. Then, they're very careful and attentive when they need to do the actual work. They're also just fun to talk to, and they really know their stuff! Office gals are wonderful, and there's sometimes an adorable French bulldog walking up and down the halls. They also have their super cute kids hanging out at times too! I've been feeling better and better over the last few weeks, and I'm definitely no longer a skeptic.
