Because I'm the Essential Caregiver for my adult twins with Special Needs, and was the full time--at home--Daughter Caregiver for both my elder parents. Dr H has treated us all...along with myself, and older son as well. Each "chapter" in this book would have some varied medical need that he met in a professional and speedy way. No matter how big or small. From dementia...to autism...to leukemia...to therapy recommendations...to diabetes...to prostate cancer...to epileptic seizures...to sports physicals...dermatology...and a little bit of everything else in between. He responds quickly, and the Patient Portal is a wonderful and efficient tool available to any patient, or their essential caregiver. He asks thoughtful questions and truly LISTENS to your answers. He isn't writing all the time like physicians of the past! It's so refreshing. I never feel rushed, or that I have to hurry to find the right words. Our appointments are always on time, and the waiting room isn't packed. I've often wondered how they stagger their appointments so well. Dr Hipolito is the sole, continual thread in our family's care, and it gives me complete peace of mind that I don't have to re-create history when we go in. He just KNOWS us. He was in the room with me for maybe 5 minutes at that after I had waited almost 30 minutes. Both he and the student he had did not listen to me at all. I found him rude, unprofessional and no bedside manner at all. I left the office fuming.

He is very comfortable to talk with, answering our questions professionally, yet clearly, in layman's terms. He explained clearly all of my opinions, giving my husband and I the comfort needed to decide on cervical spine surgery as my journey. Came here to get a nerve conduction test for my husband for his hand numbness. We filled out the…read morepaperwork and was almost immediately ushered into a room for his test. The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. The doctor was very explanatory and kind and apologized for any discomfort he may have from the needles in this test. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and nice.

But Glacier Medical Associates stood out like a good option. The front desk was able to confirm they would be able to help remove the hook and checked me in. The medical staff got me situated and Dr Maaliki came in with a plan. I ended up fainting during the procedure, but the crew handled it no problem. May 2024, I had two appointments for a shoulder issue with PTA Physical Therapy in Lakeside MT…read more The initial appointment lasted almost 1 hours and was comprehensive and resolved my shoulder mobility and associated problem. Other that a rubber band no equipment was used. The second appointment entailed several shoulder exercises lasting for about 1 hour w/o equipment. The rehabilitation services provided was a solid 10 but that is NOT the end. My issue is with the billing. The first visited was billed at $290 and the second at $195. These charges are EXCESSIVE and totally unjust. In accordance, this company is rated at a 0. Interestingly when the bill was brought to the attention of the Lakeside staff a month later, I was advised that the high amounts were insurance rates. Absence of insurance, my first appointment with a cash payment would have been $100 instead of $290 --had I known! A dose of scruples would serve this company well and/or a CEO replacement!
