For the sticklers out there, he was within 7 minutes of his estimated time, so don't get too bent out of shape if you are waiting a bit. Someone out there could have a bigger emergency than you. During the phone call, he also asked if he was needed right away, or if I could wait. Since I could wait, I told him so. He arrived, called me on my cell and took off his shoes and got to work. He was very smiley and polite. I imagine that I sounded just like every other guy who got locked out, so I left him to do his work.
