While waiting months at a time, we could try and check in with no return emails or calls. This attorney put more of the work on us rather than taking care of herself despite us paying in full up front. It was very discouraging and we realized the negative reviews we saw online were true. Once the hearing was over we had questions in regards to our daughters new social security card and we've had no response whatsoever. There were weeks and months throughout our journey of having to email multiple times, call the attorney directly, and finally having to complain to the company overall just to have a response - which again was email. Hiring an attorney here made what should have been an amazing experience very frustrating and stressful.

Contacted Mr. Seese talked about a refund stated since he never done anything with my information. I would be recieving a refund lessor the $100 retainer fee within 30 days. The waiting time would be because the accountant would be sending the check out. After 30 days recieved a check that they deducted close to $300 (although previously stating it would be no charge past retainer fee). for returning the money to me from the office located right in the city where they are located. They also spelled my name wrong on the check so I wasn't able to cash it. Then instead of fixing the issue and refunding the money. They told me to get my own lawyer and Sue them for the difference. I was completely shocked!! But lets not forget they spelled my name wrong so I still need a properly filed out check. I also asked who spelled my name wrong the in office paralegal told me whom ever signed it! Which it's signed by Patrick M. Seese. I would definitely say I'm glad I didn't follow through with his help! How can you help and not spell your own clients name Shannon and they wrote Sharon! Not only on the check but on the letter head and envelope! Update: Obviously I'm frustrated and disappointed we are in the middle of a crisis and I call back and spoke with his assistant KEN! He says they spell people's name wrong all the time it just happens. I asked him about the bogus charges He stated in September they mailed me a letter reminding me that I had not turned in any of my forms for the bankruptcy (Duh!!) And they wanted $65 for that even though I never received a letter he told me take it up with USPS!

I went to this law firm to seek advice for filing bankruptcy. The lawyer I originally talked to…read morebasically fed me a bunch of lies and told me he could get a lot taken care of for me. After making payment to the law firm and repeatedly trying to contact them with questions I was given no help or contacted by anyone until I payed of the fee. When I did I went into the office to find that the lawyer I first talked to was no longer with the company ans just about everything he told me was not true. Now another lawyer took my case over and suggested that I file a ch. 13 and not a ch. 7. I agreed went through the process and at the final meeting of my creditors found out that I would have to pay just about all of my debt back, have bankruptcy on my credit history and be out all the money I had payed to this law firm. I cancelled my case and am dealing with the debt on my own. I was extremely upset with their total lack of concern or inability to return my calls. The only good thing was the gave me a small refund after I had contacted the main court that oversees all bankruptcy law firms. NOT HAPPY AT ALLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!
