They answered the phone which is always a plus and were willing to fit my job right in! We thought it just needed a pump out but after a couple months we had another back up......on Christmas Eve with guests coming over! Believing they were likely closed, I called to schedule a pump out by leaving a message but was shocked by the girl in the office answering!!! She had their truck at my house within a couple hours!!! On Christmas Eve! They later gave me some recommendations I could work on over the next few weeks so we could solve the issue and sure enough they were correct! Plugged distribution box. They cleaned everything out and things are flowing great!! Very reasonable rates, top notch service and they make you feel like you are their VIP customer. I have a saying..you make Pete happy, you always get Re-Pete. A+.

By her tone of voice, my explanation wasn't well received and seemed to be a lie to her, when, in fact it was 100% truthful. She said she would talk to her employee and after not hearing from her after a week, I called back and she said it had been figured out. I told her a phone call would have been nice, but she said that the employee had just returned from vacation, I'm not completely sold with that explanation. I don't believe that she was going to call me back as, maybe, she was a little embarrassed about the situation. I also asked for her to send me a receipt showing that it had been paid, but still waiting on that. I, personally, would never ever use their service again as, it appears, that they can't be trusted to be paid in cash.

Then telling me I had a bad baffle. I asked them if they missed this in the Inspection "no it was good, we looked at it". It was then dug up and inspected, it was not "good" the baffle was so packed full of 36 yrs of unpumped backup from the previous owner that the baffle was completely packed like concrete and nothing was flowing through that! No wonder it backed up into my house, so to say it "was good" two months earlier was complete BS. Would not say they did anything wrong, would not compensate us for the terrible inspection or having to repump it two months later which was their fault!!!!! Did not have them do the repairs because I do not trust this company as far and I can throw them and neither should you!
