The chests were delivered the day we requested, beautiful with great quality. But a big problem...the drawer facings were two shades darker than we thought we had specified! When we told Snow's about our disappointment, they retrieved the facings the next day, refinished them to perfect color, and returned them within a week. The best measure of a vendor's true quality is how they respond when something goes wrong. Snow's is great value and great service.
