we called Monday desperate for help with our fifth wheel. We had gone around a curve in the…read moremountains and the RV fridge leaped out of its cabinet, strewing food everywhere. we tried to brace it back up unsuccessfully. The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.

The place was a morge, no customers and they wonder why? I am retired and on a fixed I come. He charged me 93.00 dollars and I had to wait three days for one of Ford F150 repairs. When I could have got it from Ford Online for 45.00. I wonder if he thinks he is fooling anyone. Won't happen again. Worst customer service ever! Will never take another thing to this guy. We took our boat to him to…read moremake sure it was water ready. He quoted us $400-500. 2 weeks later he tells us there are a few things wrong with the motor and that he would recommend buying a motor he had. The motor was for sale for $500 and he told us he could install it for a couple hundred dollars. So we decided to go with the new one as we didn't know if the motor we had on it would end up being more than that. He assured us the motor was good. Justin never called us to let us know what was going on and we had to call after weeks of waiting to find out it needed a new water pump. He told us our boat would be ready at the end of the week finally! He gave us a price which was well over $700, it was $1360 now. The day we were going to pick it up, he texted to let us know that he needed to get a new hydraulic pump now. He told us it would only be $80 more. We finally picked up the boat and it was $200 more instead of $80 for the part. The motor didn't even have a propeller so we had to find one. We tested the motor and it was hard to start but it fired. So we packed up all of our things and took the kids out on the lake only to be stranded on the lake because the starter failed. This all started in March and it's now almost June and $1500 later and the boat doesn't work. Whatever you do, don't take your boat to this business. All time worst customer service ever. You'll just be wondering what's going on and be surprised with a much higher bill than you expected.
