We finally said we need to check in. I had to physically had him my phone to show him the email confirmation. The check in process was very long and even the lady behind the counter was not very friendly. Another guest asked for an ice bucket and was told they did not have any. She then asked for a bag for ice, again they didn't have anything to offer. They gave her 2 cups to put ice in. Finally got to our room, the ac works there. Yeah! We are staying 2 nights, only 2 towels and one is ragged and has holes. No hair dryer, coffee pot but no coffee. Seems they have some work to do here.
