We are in town for my husband's class reunion. When we arrived it was so hot in the lobby, the ac is out. The guy behind the desk looked at us but never a greeting or anything. We finally said we need to check in. I had to physically had him my phone to show him the email confirmation. The check in process was very long and even the lady behind the counter was not very friendly. Another guest asked for an ice bucket and was told they did not have any. She then asked for a bag for ice, again they didn't have anything to offer. They gave her 2 cups to put ice in. Finally got to our room, the ac works there. Yeah! We are staying 2 nights, only 2 towels and one is ragged and has holes. No hair dryer, coffee pot but no coffee. Seems they have some work to do here. Sadly there are not many options when staying in small towns, but we chose a nationally recognized hotel brand, in hopes it would be the best. The room smelled of mold and the carpet was dirty , leaving your socks black after walking on it. My son wanted to leave the front office staff a contact for carpet cleaning ! None of the drains has a stopper. There are lamps at the bedside which had the filthiest lamp shades I've ever seen. read more

We stay at hotels all over America, mostly Holiday Inn Express locations. At this particular one, however, there were a few disappointments. There were no towels available in the pool or exercise areas, and I had to go to the front desk to request them. Unfortunately, I had to wait an unreasonably long time for someone to come out and assist me. The next morning, the hair dryer in the room didn't work. While I was able to go down and get one from the front desk, it was still very inconvenient. Both front desk attendants I encountered were less than friendly, which was surprising and disappointing. On a more positive note, the décor was soothing, and the space appeared to have been freshly painted, which gave it a clean and inviting feel. read more

This hotel double booked rooms. So, they canceled our reservation and made a new reservation for a single king. I showed them a physical copy of my reservation and they still insisted that only a single king was reserved. I spoke with cooperate reservations and they showed in their system the cancelation of the original reservation and they rebooking to the single king. The manager was not on site and the employees had no authority to remedy the situation. The employees also refused to provide any information beyond an email address. Do not book this hotel. First off are room smelled like poop and the pool was foggy hair in the shower the service was good but the hall smelled like poop to.

I will not stay here again. At check-in they used white out to fill in my room number on the small card that holds the room key. Who does that? No IHG properties. When I get inside the room, it look dark. The shower was dirty. The furniture old and scratched up. The hair dryer was GROSS. I refused to shower. I refused to turn off the lights. Beeville deserves a better IHG presence. read more

We reserved one night using our rewards certificate and called to extend one additional night using our member rate. When we received our bill the certificate was not applied and the member rate was not applied. we were overcharged approximately $140. Of course the manager was the only one to fix the error and he was not available. We have made 5 calls over 6 weeks to get this resolved and have not received a call back from the hotel. IHG Customer Lack of Service is unable to resolve the issue because the hotel manager does not return their calls either. Highly recommend you not stay here if you value your money and courteous service. read more

Charged me a 250$ smoking fee because I complained about the hotel being dirty and the rooms being nasty. I never smoke inside!!! I come to beeville to help my mom because my dad just passed so I do the things he used to. Cut the grass, change the oil, clean.. etc I stayed at this hotel about 5 or 6 times and every time there was an issue.. every time. Now they won't refund my money. I guess they need it more then I do. Stay away from this hotel if you can. If not then make sure that your room is properly cleaned check the beds For bedbugs and that your tv works. Never saw any bedbugs nor dandruff from the blow dryer. What I did observe was very kind and friendly staff. Very attentive. Really clean. Woke up too later for breakfast but the smell was amazing. (Not from Beeville) And I highly recommend staying here. read more

When we walked into the lobby there was an awful smell and it looked dirty. We we to to our room after check in room 224. It had a dead frog and the bathroom was so nasty. We asked to be changed to another room. They moved us to 330, that room had no ac! So I went downstairs and all she could offer me this time was a fan. So I took the fan. At around 9:15pm at night on Friday night the fire alarms went off and we were told to make our way downstairs. It was raining outside and water was pouring inside the lobby area coming from the can lights. The fire department showed up and said they constantly have to come to this hotel for stuff like this. This hotel is garbage. I would never come back to it. In the morning they had no breakfast other then cereal. We couldnt use the pool either because it was green and nasty! I asked for refund of my all my money and was only given a 40 % discount! Lol! read more

Staff was very friendly and room temperature was cool, but Covid ruined breakfast and the Coffee was less than desirable. I didn't sleep well, because my bed is so hard and it's midnight and I woke up with my ribs hurting. The Room is okay, but couch smells and has lots of stains. I stayed two nights since my job paid for it, but If it was up to me I would choose somewhere else. read more

I made a reservation with Hotels.com almost a month ago. I called the hotel today to see if we could check in early. They picked up the phone and started talking as if I was another customer and started explaining that they didn't have a room for her. I told her she was talking to the wrong person. No big deal. So I posed my question about checking in early, and the woman said something along the lines of, "Oh, we've been trying to contact you. We don't have a room for you." I asked her to explain that to me, and she became rude and haughty and told me it was Hotels.com's problem not hers. I asked to speak to a manager, and she was the manager. I have booked with Hotels.com many times as I used to travel extensively for business. I've booked many Holiday Inns through Hotels.com. This hotel should not be listing with Hotels.com if they cannot handle the business they provide. I am also not the only person participating in the event this weekend that has had this problem. Stayed 4 nights- Nice and clean. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice! Clean. Well maintained. The free breakfast is the typical HIE free breakfast. Powered eggs, sausage, etc. I mostly kept to the oatmeal in a cup. The fruit was fresh though. Coffee, not so much. The thing that knicks this place is the price. $175 a night for a suite is a little steep for Beeville. Rooms in downtown Austin don't typically run this high. Work paid, sure, I'll stay. If I had to pay, I'd hunt for somewhere else to stay. read more

Great Hospitality in Texas! We had a group here for over 3 weeks for a business trip! The hotel staff were courteous, met all of our expectations, and allowed us to feel welcomed for our long stay!
