Despite this verification, Megan at Bee Organized has refused to issue a refund and informed me that the case is "closed." Charging a client for products that are not in their home -- even after confirming they are missing -- is unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, but the company has refused to take responsibility.
