Unfortunately due to my insurance I am forced to see him. Dr. Fazal Ahmed is one of the worst psychiatrists my mother and I have ever met, this is saying something considering at one point she worked in a mental hospital. He requests to see you in about four weeks but does not have appointments for about three months. He works out of office and only comes to this one on Saturdays. Often times I have to wait to see him about a half hour after my appointment time. At one point he read my chart and who put me on "such a garbage medication", when the answer was that he did at my last appointment. He only hand writes scripts which has not only been a problem for me, but also other patients. His hand writing is so messy that the pharmacy has rejected my prescription before. He has made rude comments to me because I do not see him in his other location, knowing that I go to college and already drive three hours to see him. Often times I need prescription refills before my next appointment and he does not respond to the request from the pharmacy or the doctors office. Several times I have gone without my medication because he is almost impossible to reach. The office has had to request for other psychiatrists in the office to fill my prescriptions. Half of the time I feel he does not care about what I have to say and just wants to get his appointments out of the way.

To be clear of my experience: Therapist was outstanding…read more Reason behind my rating: When I had originally enrolled my son to work with this facility my first and most important request was that he would have the ability to work with the same therapist. In receiving services with cps there was a lot inconsistency with services and the therapist was changing frequently. So naturally I thought that if we paid for private services this problem can be avoided. So I searched for a private practice . I was assured that the request for having my child consistently work with the same therapist would be fulfilled. Those assurances gave me peace of mind and with that we enroll our child. Now I'm being informed that my child will no longer be able to work with the same therapist due to policy change. I asked what the out of pocket expense would be to keep my son with the same therapist and was informed that "regrettably" that wasn't an option. Again I re-iterated to the facility prior to enrollment the importance it was for me to have 1 instructor work with my child. And now (a few short months later) my family and I can no longer be accommodated.

I have been a…read moreclient since 2018, and absolutely I do not recommend this therapy site, its current therapists or its leadership. Problems do not get resolved and instead leadership (Eric Ward) becomes condemning / defensive from what appears to be ego injury over feedback. I was stunned how he spoke down to me. Therapists tell you one thing and then tell someone else another thing, breaking trust. It's an unfortunate place. I was told I was not committed to their site despite being a long term client since 2018. There were errors on their end of going back and forth on whether or not I could do sessions over audio or not and when it got confusing; they just condemned and blamed me in a childlike manner. It was due to scheduling incompetence on behalf of FCS...the receptionists have given inconsistent information on whether or not I could do audio sessions. Because the receptionists went back and forth on what kind of session I could book, I was told I wasn't compliant. I also tried one therapist and didn't have a connection and was told I was not compliant over this - so be careful. You should be allowed to try a therapist without being shamed for deciding it's not a fit for you. However this got thrown back at me as "not being compliant with treatment" by a manager a few years younger than me who simply has a degree. However the lack of professionalism in these ways shocked me of the effectiveness of said degree. I am stunned to say, my session content also got thrown back in my face with him using it as a reason to belittle my concerns as I was told "I've read your medical records." I mean that is seriously scary to have someone gaslight your concerns away because they say they read your notes on session. And what in session would invalidate any of my valid concerns? Basically you do not want your personal data that's supposed to be HIPPA compliant thrown in your face by these people when you have feedback about staff giving inconsistent info to invalidate your concerns. How I was treated, it reminded me of a cult. Haven't they ever seen a Dr Ramani video on narcissism?
