Arrived at 4:30pm-10:45pm, over 6 hours from the beginning to end. Yes is was fairly busy but I didn't think all that busy. Secondly, the restroom and the examination room were dirty, I mean gross. The underside of the toilet seat needed cleaned and the floor needed mopped. Worst of all, after the waiting and getting to the exam room, there was what we thought was fecal matter on the control panel of the bed. I cleaned the matter up using rubber gloves and wipes that were on the exam room. I am so happy I have different and better health ins.

Days to resolve a broken toe…read more My husband fell down the stairs in our home with our toddler. This happened on a Sunday. I was pretty sure he broke it, but he decided to wait until Monday morning to call the doctor to schedule an appointment. Monday morning rolls around and he makes the call at 8am. Dr. Goswami, not his usual general practitioner, saw him that same day. Great! She orders him to get an Xray done. After the Xray, we wait for her assistant to give us the results that it was, in fact, a broken toe at the joint area. My husband has been in a lot of pain hobbling around, so it was nice to hear that we would get this resolved immediately. We were told he would get a call from a referred orthopedic and someone would drop off a boot at our home for him to wear (at 10am Tuesday). Tuesday rolls around. We've been waiting the rest of the day Monday and Tuesday morning to get a call from this orthopedic. No call. My husband calls in to check up on the status and the assistant tells us that Dr. Goswami called in to the wrong referred orthopedic. The orthopedic was for a broken knee/hip when my husband needs one for his foot. So, essentially we could've waited forever if we didn't call in because it was the wrong doctor. My husband ended up spending 2 hours out of his work day to find the right orthopedic to call covered under our health insurance. 2 hours. That's 2 hours of figuring out who to talk to, talking on the phone, and then leaving a voicemail with that orthopedic. Meanwhile, at 10am, the lady comes to our home and has two types of prescribed boots/shoes. BOTH are wrong. They're for a broken ankle. One shoe my husband tried on has his toes exposed! So much for this immediate service. We're at the step of now going to the correct orthopedic on Wednesday morning and approaching day 3 of his injury/healing process. When someone has a fracture, it shouldn't take days to resolve. We're hoping the doctor doesn't have to re-break his toe to set it correctly on the 3rd day. We find it difficult to trust our bodies with medical professionals when they cannot provide an expedient, accurate service.

She never went deeper... I prefer to not have foreign objects in my body so when I opted to have it removed for my menstrual issues, she LAUGHED in my face and said "good luck!" As in, "I know you'll fail!" Well, I didn't fail. I went to my Naturopath and she gave me a massive blood test revealing extremely low progesterone (causing major inflammation) among many other deficiencies (easy to find online after some time and research on my end as well...). My Naturopath then offered several suggestions in terms of herbs, vitamins and nutritional remedies. I can confidently say my Naturopath was on my side, helping me dig deeper. Dr. Pendergrass was more interested in trying to put a Band-Aid remedy on my inflammation that would only help her pay her bills. I actually don't fault her too much for this, as this is what you get from most Med schools -- cover it up until something else happens and then prescribe more pills or intervention until it all spirals out of control and your hormones are out of whack the rest of your life or you opt to get a hysterectomy... because, what other options are there that far down the rabbit hole? I haven't been back to Dr. Pendergrass and am so thankful I listened to my gut. Modern medicine has its benefits, don't get me wrong. I like her as a person... she's sweet and kind. But when it comes to women's hormones -- don't just listen to one doctor.

If you are looking for a physician who will listen to you, advocate for you, and take your pain seriously, I strongly recommend Dr. Pendergrass. I felt respected and heard throughout all my interactions with her. I had been living with bad period pain and was diagnosed with fibroids by a different doctor who referred me to her, but I figured that excruciating monthly pain was just the price of having a uterus and I should just live with it. During our first consultation Dr. Pendergrass encouraged me to not downplay the pain I was in and gave me facts and information that helped me decide to go forward with the hysterectomy, which was an option I hadn't even considered before talking to her. When I had concerns up until the morning of surgery, she took the time to discuss and answer my questions fully. The surgery went extremely smoothly, and the post-op pain at its worst was less than half of what I had previously experienced every month. Dr. Pendergrass responded very quickly to all of my questions through the patient app both before and after surgery. She is honest, funny, she listened to me, and and she introduced me to treatment options I didn't know were available to me. My life is so much better and wish I would have seen her years ago!

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

They do this to my best friend and I'll never forgive myself for not speaking up more but these women are pure evil. They're tactic is to terrify you by saying the babies life is at risk and then they swap out the nurse and the doctor last minute. I've heard of the story many times and I didn't think it would happen to her, but then it did literally verbatim. Pitocin epidural forced in to C-section, even though the baby was in the canal they lied and said that he swallowed his meconium and then they forced her to take the baby out and then I had to go to the Nicu so now they made a half $1 million on her there was nothing wrong with her. Do not have your child here. Have a natural birth. Don't let these monsters scare you into making them money and putting your baby and your life at risk. They did the textbook tactic.. may they burn in hell
