When my mother-in-law passed, we contacted Duckett, but the man we met with was no longer there., We met with a woman who said she was the director, she had a really difficult time locating our contract, but finally did. It was an odd meeting, and I felt like she was very new at this. The day of the funeral we arrived on time as the family, when we walked into the funeral home we couldn't find her or anybody, there was a janitor's door open, and a lot of cleaning supplies were still out in the hall. My family came in right behind us and brought it to our attention that there was no book for people to sign in so we had to look for the director ( took us 10 minutes to locate her) to ask her for the book and the stand. When my husband got up at the funeral to to speak, there wasn't anything for him to put his notes on. Again, I went looking for the director to ask her and she said she took the stand to put the sign in book on so she took the sign in book off and carry the stand to where my husband was speaking. It was odd, the entire ordeal was odd. Lastly, and I hate to bring this up, but my mother-in-law looked horrible. She had makeup caked on her and bright red lipstick. I couldn't in good faith recommend this place. Sorry

The Bryant family has been a part of the Wayland / Cochituate community for almost 50 years, and the connections they have built over that time are readily apparent.
