I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I had him replace some rotted window and garage trim. He verified what I was looking for, obtained the proper quality material, and kept me informed throughout the project. I never felt like he was rushing through the project and he always had a smile on his face whenever I came out to check on things. He comes across as genuinely happy to be of service. Time was of the essence and the companies that I was able to speak to were 3-4 weeks out on appointments and would not budge. After numerous attempts at getting as much as a return phone call with most of the other companies, I contacted James (the owner), and not only did he actually answer the phone (unlike many others), he was very accommodating and said he could fit me in the following day. As requested, I sent James pictures of my system and when he arrived, on time I might add, he was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and change a small part to get my system up and running. Additionally, he fixed a few broken sprinkler heads and made sure all of my system was working properly without draining my wallet.
