Over the three years, and multiple service techs, responsiveness and consistency eroded to poor performance. Personnel turnover is an issue. Consumers should beware. Techs seem to last about 2-3 months, then a new person will show up - on any given day (I've had a tech - someone I'd never met before - show up on a Sunday when my regular service day was Friday). I had a leak in my pump return line and it took two weeks to get a response, then when communicated they would be there the next day, nobody showed up. I went from being a priority to being a nuisance - there are a lot more companies out there who want your business, similarly priced, and won't treat you like a nuisance. Go elsewhere.

When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. I have used "this pools for you" for about a year. My pool was looking dirty and algae was forming…read morearound the perimeter. I had my pool water evaluated and found several inadequate levels of chemicals in the water. I called and left a voicemail regarding my concern. I was informed that Jim had a couple of pools prior to cleaning mine and that He probably was out of chemicals and sand when He got to my pool. That they would correct the issue the next time they cleaned the pool. Jim showed up and explained that most of the levels were acceptable. A couple of days later I received a notice that they were discontinuing the service and I needed to look elsewhere. I should also add that several months ago my pump was not providing a good flow of water through the system. Jim advised that it was probably a valve. I replaced the valve as he recommended but it did not correct the issue. I did some troubleshooting and found that the pool filter was filthy and would not allow water to pass through it...I cleaned the filter and it corrected the issue. I would not recommend "this pools for you"...

I'm glad they are finally on Yelp so I can give them a much deserved 5 star and wish them much success in the future. After Covid hit, a lot of small businesses left us. I believe in supporting small family owned businesses and if you need one for your pool, here there are.
