He then told the customer that he never told me 5% even though I am a mortgage broker and I write down everything Then the salesman comes back and is giving 7% for their in-house Lender, when he could have given 5% contribution using my company I don't understand how things work out better that way, but the Buyer is the one that suffers as he cannot use the lender that he wants to because the builder rep doesn't stand by his word

Frame is leaking air because after installation they dont seal gaps with foam and simple apply stucco inside over it. 3.Watch out exterior wall behind your fireplace-there likely no insulation-you will get drafts into the houses from the street. 4.doors. If you got more expensive house with you think so nice metal tall entry door-think twice! This door is cheap Durango trash door from Mexico with no thermal break, which means this metal door will conduct all extreme temperatures from outside. 4.Duct work-inadequate. You will get strong winds just under ceiling with no big impact of room temperatures. Position of air returns are created the stupid way to make all air flow in attic, not in the house. 5.Insulation. Don;t believe in fancy spray foam-it has the same R-value as regular mineral wool bats. But it is NON_BREATHABLE! This means you will get moisture build-up, especially in summer. In fact all neighbours who bit smarter have dehumidifying appliances working all summer to make space livable. 6. HVAC. Installing cheapest and greatly undersized units. See above=R value is same. House could be holding good, but sealed poor. Rooms are unevenly heated/cooled. And the most important-setting the larger house on smaller single stage cheap unit is not giving chance to take humidity away. 7.Grading-no slop from the foundation or putting one house over level of other house, which makes one house flooded with decent rain. ......you really care about color of tiles and type of countertops?....think more about important things.

Heart of Texas who is contracted with kiella didn't grade our yard correctly and still haven't fixed the problem after 4 months of owning the home and say they are "working on the problem," when going back through paperwork I happened to find our plot plan for the house and noticed that the fence was a lot further up on the plot plan than our fence actually is right now. Contacted them about this and they stated "Sorry for the delay. I spoke with the superintendent and the VP of construction and they said that the plat shows the furthest point they could put the fence. They are placed for the best curb appeal and for them all to pretty much line up with the next home. You can always move the fence up but, that's is not something we will do. I hope this helps." When it is very misleading to put one thing on the plot plan and do something completely different. Not to mention we paid a lot premium for our corner house because of the big backyard and they skimped us on it by not putting the fence where it was intended to go. When it comes to the yard, whenever is in charge of fixing the problem they just walk in our backyard which now has a lock on it because he have a dog. They have no sense of privacy and are horrible at communication. Excellent communication when it comes to signing papers because they want the money but good luck trying to get anything fixed under warranty.
