The only thing for us was that the store is three stories high and my Nana can't climb stairs well so she couldn't look at everything that was in stock. Who turns down that amount of work in one location? We're talking somewhere in the $18K range. I feel bad for anyone who had generators or heat pumps installed by him as I can imagine how long it would take for him to get around to servicing them if there was a problem with one of the units.
