This company is absolutely awful and I have just heard they have gone into liquidation. We were informed that we need roof tiles and flashing replaced, so we paid them a considerable amout of money to do this (anything to stop the water that was running down our chimney breast causeing internal water damage). A week later (the Christmas week i might add), the water came running down our chimney breast worse then before and there was a horrible rattling noise coming from the actual chimney stack itself. Due to the holiday period we were left like this for 2 weeks. They then came out again and told us the chimney top needed cemented, so they did this (though we did not pay them again). since then we have had nothing but problems anything there is the slightest bit of wind and rain. They have been out again a few times, but to no avail. They do not return phone calls, messages and the owner Tom was frankly very rude to me. To get them to come out again i basically had to tattle on him to his father, but still took agees for aby one to ome. This has been ongoing for over a year now and we have now had to employ the services of another company to not just do the work Belfast roofing services should have done in the first place, but to now remove our chimney stack completely! under no circumstances use this firm i have just had the misfortune of dealing with this company and i would not wish it on anyone!! the owner is an ignorant man !! i have just been charged a massive amount of money to put a new roof on my house and it turns out the roof is not fit for a shed never mind a house after 3 weeks the roof had leaked and after a few reports from other roofers and surveyors they have advised me that the work done on the roof is disgraceful the material is cheap the work is not primed in fact i have 2 pages of problems with the job done so i am having to employ a proper roofing firm and start from scratch !! do yourself a favour and dont go near this company!! read more
