Fabulous tour, well recommended…read more Sean and Julian are the ultimate hosts - funny, knowledgable and very approachable. If you're a tourist to our lovely city, this is gonna be the hands down best way of seeing it. If you live in Dublin, do it anyway! Trust me, you will learn some bits of new information you didn't know before. One thing it definitely did was give me a better sense of the city and how to cycle round it. It also inspired me to explore more on two wheels, as you never know what you'll find, from new little cafes that have sprung up, to old libraries you never knew were there, or fresh street art that will amaze you. Horrible experience…read more I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the appalling service and hazardous repair work carried out at your 360 cycle shop, as well as the completely unacceptable behavior of your staff. On 6th May ,I picked up my bicycle from your shop after it was supposedly repaired. However, immediately after taking it back, I noticed a severe issue: the bike frequently gets stuck on the chain. Because of this faulty and irresponsible workmanship, I have been put in highly dangerous situations on the road multiple times. Your shop's negligence has directly compromised my physical safety. To make matters worse, when I brought the bicycle back to address this issue, your staff member outright refused to take responsibility and instead accused me of damaging the bike myself. This defensive, dismissive, and rude attitude is shocking. It is clear that your shop currently shows a total disregard for customer safety and basic accountability. Due to this handling of the situation, I am demanding the following: 1 The full names and contact numbers of both the store manager and the staff member who was on duty and handled my case. 2 A full explanation and an immediate, proper resolution to fix my bicycle at no extra cost, or a full refund so I can have it repaired safely elsewhere. I expect a prompt response to this matter. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities. But one person stole it because when I came back to use the bike it wasn't there and the race kept running in the app. The support service is terrible, they were always busy, I sent emails that were not answered, and even if someone stole it from me and I had the key, they wanted to charge me a fee of 150 euros. I opened a case with the police, so that they can help me, since the service itself has been very negligent with the customer who always uses it. My dissatisfaction remains here, and I hope it will be resolved because so far it has not been found and I have not been told any satisfaction.

Dublin was always the exception, I think we were all of the opinion that the bikes would be nicked or damaged and that would be worse than not having them at all. Happily the vandalism issue seems to have been addressed in the form of lots of clever security tricks and we now have dublinbikes - a service spanning most of the city with drop points/bike racks scattered all over the place (there are 40 of them). The bikes themselves have built-in lights and locks and are really a great addition to the city. You have to pre register to use them and part with precious credit card details etc... so it is not something you can use on a whim (well, the first time anyway). However, once you are registered (on the website above) you are free to roam the city as quickly as you like. Cycle helmets are not provided but I would strongly advise you buy one and just have it with you on the days you think it likely you are going to use the bikes!

From the moment I landed in Dublin, our driver was waiting for me, to be whisked away to the hotel. Every hotel they set us up with was 4 star all the way. Great FULL HOT Irish breakfast every day included. Getting setup on the bikes on day 2 was a breeze. All the gear was top notch, and brand new. Barney was an absolute pleasure to work with at the bike garage!! He helped us all get setup, and was even more helpful on the return. Highly recommend getting the Sena communicators. They are super handy. The GPS units were great, every day's ride and routes were all pre programed, and easy to use. The routes are simply incredible, taking us through all the major areas of Ireland with the spectacular "Wild Atlantic Way" coastal ride as a jewel. A big shout out to our tour organizer Erin too. She was super helpful getting us all set with details prior to our flight over to Ireland. My only wish is that Lemonrock operated in other countries too.
