Under normal circumstances I would have done it myself, but through the magic of moral hazard, I figured I might as well hire it done if I wasn't paying for it anyway. In retrospect, I still should have done it myself. The door was installed adequately enough, but there were a few things that weren't satisfactory. First, he used drywall screws to attach the screen door back to the brick moulding. Of course, these would rust immediately outside so I had to replace them. Also, he didn't install the deadbolt correctly, so I had to fix that too. Luckily, I was able to salvage all the "extra" screws out of the dumpster. The biggest problem was that he decided to spray paint the door after it was already hung. End result: white overspray all over my dark brown cabinets and black refrigerator. He cleaned off most of it, but a little forethought would have prevented it in the first place. I suppose I could have had the contractor fix all these problems himself. But after seeing the quality of work that had been done so far, I just wanted them out of my house so I could be sure the rest of the job would be done correctly.

So here it goes, the quality of the work so far seems adequate and the roof from what I'm able to see looks good. That's where any praise for the company stops. Here's where it all goes wrong. Close to the end of the job I come outside and see one of the crewman pissing in my bushes. When I brought it to the owner's attention his reaction was basically no more than "hey, s**t (in this case, piss) happens". As a homeowner I feel I was within my right to ask for some sort of compensation or discount. This dude had the nerve to get offended. Said he can't control what his crew does, and got belligerent like I was in the wrong. Next he tried to charge me more than what was said in the verbal and written estimate. I couldn't let that happen, and he accused me of trying to get over on him. Is he serious?? So I said you know this is going to be a bad review. That's when he put on his cape and got SUPER mad! He handled this job completely unprofessionally even though I tried to give him opportunity to handle it like a businessman and boss he preferred to go straight up "street" with it. That's right up my dark alley so, whatever, I'm good with that. So to end the review, work is decent but a terrible business experience. For that reason, would I recommend #RiteWay roofing? Hell no! I'd recommend a high school shop class before recommending them. But if you can deal with possibly having to physically fight for what you asked for, go for it.

Jake was at my house within 30 minutes of my first call. I had a leak in our 2nd floor laundry room that soaked through the ceiling, walls, and flooring on the 1st floor. Jake was quick to assess all of the damage and provided extensive photos/documentation for insurance. He even worked directly with the insurance company to make sure all the necessary repairs were covered. For the cleanup and restoration work, Jake was careful to protect all my belongings and he made sure I could live and work from home with as little interruption as possible. He organized every step of the project and was always responsive to calls and texts. He went above and beyond to get the project across the finish line, and I am incredibly thankful for all the work Jake and his team did on the house.

They did got the wrong time but early!....which was ok. Quality of service: 4 They did a pretty good job cleaning the carpet. They guy was new and took a bit more time but the attention to details are welcome. Two days after the technician finished, the carpet was still damp and the carpet still looked dirty. I called the technician back out who stated that the carpet cleaning only uses water because the Groupon was for basic service but I could pay extra for deep cleaning. I checked the fine print which total contradicts this claim. I have screenshots of the fine print. I called the owner who was belligerent and rude and refused to refund my money for the stairs. He said that he would redo but I'd have to pay for the deep cleaning. I would not recommend.
