When my girlfriend turned her back and walked away, Taliah made a comment under her breath, and shook her head like we were inconveniencing her just for asking for assistance. Then we were left standing there for about seven minutes while she continued doing whatever she was doing. When she finally came over, she acted like helping us was a burden. No apology, no urgency, just a rude, dismissive attitude the entire time. If you don't want to help customers, you shouldn't be working in customer service. This was a terrible experience, and if I was looking for an employee to not hire and promote it would be her.
