Frankly, I don't shop for clothes or shoes very often so my wife had to point me to this place as I only knew the Best Buy existed in this shopping complex near across from Northlake Mall off Harris Blvd. The selection of shoes was very broad with a variety of price ranges from which to choose. This included a decent array of size 14's which can oftentimes be a problem to find. I found a pair I liked quickly, tried them on, they fit well and there you have it, sold! Throw in that she got a new pair of brown boots for the buy one get one 50% off deal and we both walked away happy.

I gave all the details of exactly what I needed and the in store agent wrote everything down. The store's owner asked that I come back on Saturday to start the process of ordering the shirts I needed. The owner was on speaker phone with the agent and myself. I told her I would come back Saturday morning at 10am. I was back at the store at 10am sharp and the agent said the owner wasn't there. He called her and she was in the hospital but her husband was getting off a flight and may be able to come to the store to help me. The agent called on put him on speaker and this is when things went left. He was never informed of my initial request and started asking for details that I'd already given both the agent and owner. This when I told him I'd already given that info and now I'm looking to simply get this process started. He started to explain his flight and traveling details which I cared zero about actually. I asked him what did all that have to do with me? He got irritated and said he couldn't help me. This fraud of a business is one you should totally skip and find what you need from a business that appreciates you and your needs. The lack of follow through and professionalism is absolutely mind boggling. There was a total lack of accountability and communication was non existent. Tell ALL of your friends/associates to never give this business your money and most importantly your time. You will thank me later trust me!

Over the years, they have really tried to make it more appealing. They have a nice play area with life size game pieces for chess, checkers and Jenga. They now have a hang out room. Bring a book, borrow a book, drawing area, fuseball table and comfy sitting areas. The stores here always clean and organized. The food court is spacious.

I've never been disappointed by the selection but I do have two small complaints. One being the prices are a little steep unless you catch something on clearance (specifically clothes). They do have sales but are usually the buy one get one at a % off, not a sale per item. My other problem may just be me but the sizes seem to run small compared to other retailers. Maybe it's just the style, but when most of your product is on 100% cotton that tends to shrink, it would be nice to not have to go up two sizes. Good store, polite staff, look for sale items to grab a good deal.
