I ended up finding what I needed and made my way to the Pro Department to checkout and the girl working was alone at the desk with no customers. She saw me waiting in her line as the only human there and she asked what I wanted... I said to check out. She literally told me she was busy and to go checkout somewhere else! Wow! So based on this singular transaction I don't feel the pro department is professional at all! I'll avoid this Home Depot in the future.

He didn't greet me or make any attempt to help me unload until I asked and then said the carts were full. There was already a sidewalk full of previous donations so I proceeded to add to the pile. Our donations were neatly boxed, taped, and not too heavy but he sighed with each removal. No offer of a receipt or even a thank you for the donation. Wow...definitely will rethink where our next donation goes...lack of appreciation and poor customer service doesn't set well.

We bought an Ashley Cannonbrook sectional that was delivered in August 2024. Within about 100 days of normal family use, the seats were sagging, the cushions lost their shape, and one of the main seams ripped open so the inside material is exposed. This is not normal wear and tear for a new sectional. Furniture of Dalton submitted a claim to Ashley, but Ashley called it normal wear and tear and only offered filler and casings with no labor. After that, the store told me they could not do anything further to help. When I spoke with Terry Parmer, I did not feel like he was trying to find a solution. As a Client Relations Manager myself, the way this was handled felt very dismissive and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than taking care of a longtime customer. At this point I have had to go through my bank, BBB, and consumer protection just to try to get a fair resolution. All I am asking for is a refund and for them to pick up the defective sectional. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Furniture of Dalton again.

Candace let me know I had a $10 reward I could use if I spent $20. She literally helped me calculate the exact amount I needed to spend down to the penny! It is more frequent than not in today's workforce not to receive much personal customer service. So I wanted to take the time to complete a review since she took so much time to help me.
