My problem started at the customer service desk I was return an item that I bought on line thru Walmart.com and had to bring it back to the store cause the jacket didn't fit. I encountered the most rudest person in the store. She acted also like she didn't want to be bothered or wanted me to do her job. She said my order was thru a 3rd party company and that I would have to buy a box so they could send it back. That wasn't a problem. She didn't want to help me or tell how to get what I needed to have it ship back She was just hateful. So I told her don't worry about it I will go get my Box myself. Then I ask another employee where I could find a shipping box and she also looked at me like don't bother me and told me where it was located at and ran off without a thanks you or could I show you where it is. Got my box all by myself paid for it and went back to the customer service desk. This time I got a very nice and helpful women who got me my money back on my card and ship my item back in my box and told me thank you and have a Merry Christmas. So to the CEO and store managers of the stores if you preach and say you have great customer service you better may sure everyone understand that and does it. Because ya need to improve in this area or just say ya have no customer services at all and it is a self service store. You need the best people at the customer service desk because that is where the people get a good look at how the company treats their customers. Today Walmart at Gallatin Tn got a F from me for customer service . Will not be back.

AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT I was terribly disappointed with the…read moreservice of the automotive department, Gallatin Tennessee Walmart. I made an appointment to get one tire replaced. They told me over the phone that they had that tire in stock. I showed up the next day for the appointment. Most of the employees were standing around talking and ignoring the customers that clearly needed to be helped. Finally somebody asked what they could do for me. I inform them I was there for an appointment to get my tire changed. They looked me up in the computer and told me that the tire I was requesting is not available and I would have to drive to Hendersonville to pick up the tire. Mind you, I had a donut on my car and it is not advised to drive very far on a donut. No one seemed to care and they were more interested in talking about management issues. There was one guy who seemed to be more knowledgeable and in charge than everyone else but he seemed fixated on trying to scare everybody with his creepy contacts, multiple piercings and tattoos. I really don't care about that stuff but he was not friendly and he was trying to get a reaction out of everybody. After I got the tire, I then had to wait another hour for it to be put on. After I got home I realized that they put grease all over the hubcap and didn't bother to wipe it off. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. One employee, her name was Carol was amazing and very helpful. There was also a new girl I can't remember her name but she was wonderful.

They never said anything other than a half hearted sorry. They said they forgot to mark it sold. They refunded her money but did not offer anything for the time and has we wasted. What sucky customer service. She called me upset I called the store to talk to the manager and Ashley never apologized only gave me the 800 number. We asked one of the clerks about the bench we weren't done shopping but didn't have a way to carry the bench around with us, so the clerk told us she would put it at the front of the store and had us pull the tag to keep with us until we checked out. When we were finally done shopping we started checking out and the Cashier told us that tag didn't belong to that piece of furniture and Had to talk to her manager, after talking to her manager she basically accused us of pulling it from another piece of furniture and that we had to pay the actual price for the furniture. Even though the Clerk that helped us in the first place told them she helped us with it. NEEDLESS TO SAY We will never shop at Any of these stores in the future.

Overstock Outlets are essentially liquidation/discount style stores with an ever-changing inventory that includes anything from furniture to diapers, trampolines, toys, coolers, and legit more. In our trip to this location, we didn't have a list, just a piqued curiosity of their current inventory. They had a good selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, along with a wide variety of household appliances, home decor, cabinets, storage bins, dining sets, mattresses, mowers, power tools and a mix of a few other random items. The store is in an old plaza and shows its age. The exterior isn't the most welcoming, but I will say that our experience inside was not what was expected from the outside. It was a bit better than expected. Service was friendly. The cashier/associate was helpful and available as needed. We laid eyes on a few things, and ultimately bought a smokeless wood fire pit that was around $100 after discount...which is a great price! Overall, this was our first time at this Overstock Outlet and while it may not be our last, we do enjoy their sister locations a bit better.

Located just off of Vietnam Veterans Parkway, The Streets of Indian Lake features local and chain shopping and restaurants, along with a movie theater, a gym and great outdoor event and entertainment space. Parking is plentiful with spots directly in front of all businesses, plus lots surrounding the perimeter of the plaza. We usually pop in to grab a movie, and on occasion grab some ice cream or possibly dinner. Never a shortage of options for whatever you are after. The space and majority of the outlets are well kept and clean. My only gripe is the exit back out to Indian Lake Boulevard. The intersection before the light always backs up and the turning lane is small and singular, creating a constant backlog of cars that forces most to sit through the light multiple times. Overall, we enjoy The Streets of Indian Lake!
