I stopped by Costco and had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and full of great deals. I enjoyed walking through the aisles because there was always something interesting to see, from groceries and household essentials to seasonal items and new products. The store was busy, but everything moved smoothly. The employees were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the checkout process was surprisingly quick considering how many people were shopping. I also appreciate how Costco focuses on quality products and offers great value, especially when buying in bulk. I ended my trip with a stop at the food court, which is always a great bonus after shopping. Overall, Costco continues to be one of my favorite places to shop because of the selection, prices, and overall experience. I'll definitely be back again. read more

This is a well stocked Costco, with lots of products I haven't seen before. I'm sure each Costco's stock is region specific, so I love going to Costcos in different cities and states to see what they offer. This Costco had some great deals on regular go-to items. They also had a lot of vegan foodstuffs that I'd never heard of. I'm excited to try the organic tofu and the Broccoli/Brussels/Kale mix. What they notably did not have was Ice Mountain water bottles (Which I have yet to see anywhere in Nashville). It was a Tuesday afternoon and they had a lot of sample stands up and running, which is really cool. I usually only see this on the weekends at most other locations. It was midday and only 2 cashiers were available, so the wait to check out was longer than it should've been. My cashier was quite pleasant though. Brand New and shinny with gas station and awesome parking lot. Everything you need and more with incredible value and awesome costumer service. This new location is the best one in Nashville so far because is not as busy as other older locations. This one is newer, cleaner and much better locationwith easy access to get in and out. Of the few Costco locations in the Greater Nashville area, this one may be my favorite. It's no secret that Costco is typically busy ... but I feel like the West Nashville one is always more crowded than it should be. So I've started making the drive up to this location in Hendersonville when I need to do a big haul. This is also a newer location, and it shows. Most Costco's look the same, but I prefer the layout of this one. There's always everything you need and then some ... and no visit is complete without a stop at the food court for a $1.50 hot dog. I've also used the tire center at this location - which is one of my favorite membership perks. The guys in Hendersonville were helpful and quick when I picked up a nail in one of my practically new tires last year. If you buy your tires through Costco, there's a great warranty, and they'll do what they can to make sure you're able to take advantage of it. One of my hot tips if you can't or don't want to brave the aisles on an extra busy day ... Costco Same Day delivery through the app is the way to go. It's powered by InstaCart, so you do need to leave a tip for your shopper, but it's worth it when you don't have the time or energy to leave the house. read more

Best Costco in the Nashville area! After having visited the Costco in West Nashville and Franklin, TN. I have to say that this location is my favorite! It is so nice when a business like Costco is able to buy its own land to have a ton of room for their customers! Love: Parking Employees are always friendly and helpful Food Court Speed is very quick and efficient! Gas station, plenty of room for many cars to gas up and move through quickly. We love COSTCO. This was our first time at this one and it looks very new. We bought castelvetrano olives, cherry jam, hangers, new pots & pans, saffron, Kodiak pancake mix, wine and on and on. Nice brand new store just off exit 6 on route VV Parkway. If you're coming from Nashville exit right and turn right at Forest Retreat Road (look for the Shell Station and turn right. Ways was unable to navigate due to new road. Squeaky new build with ample selections. The store is much bigger than the West Nashville Store and set up about the same. I went at opening last week at 1000 hours and was welcomed right in after check of my card. Plenty of parking and clean new store. Worth the trip... read more

This Costco just opened on 11/15/23 and we were pumped to have the doors officially open! Since moving to the east side of town, that trip to West Nashville has been getting longer and longer, so we are very happy to have a Costco on our side of the city! It is a brand new location, so everything is bright and shiny, along with well stocked and well serviced. We popped in for 2 things and left with close to $300 worth of items...as one normally does on a Costco run! Layout is standard, which is great. I appreciate Costco being consistent with the layouts of their stores! Service was friendly from entry to exit as well. Overall, great to officially have this Costco open! I picked up my son because my wife was working. I had my wife's membership card with me. I stopped by the store and wanted to buy some household items. When I tried to enter, an employee denied me entry, saying it was because my wife wasn't with me; it was just me and my son. I had done this before without any problems, but I think I know what the problem was (I'm Latino). Well, Costco, I think that would never have happened to me at Sam's Club. read more

Food court sucks so bad. Order a chicken bake but they try to hand you a calzone? Got a Caesar salad that was missing croutons and the cheese. So literally just chicken and lettuce. Cell phone reps are super annoying and down your throat. Locals stand in the middle of the aisle blocking everything completely oblivious to anyone around them. read more

I have had Costco memberships for decades. I've also had Sam's Club memberships. My experience at the new Hendersonville, Tn Costco has encouraged me to never get a Costco card again. Many of the employees are so rude but one in particular. Her name is Suzanne and she's not only makes you feel unwelcome in the store, she makes you feel like you are a criminal. I realize that the store is new, but it's also fantastic! And I'm not really much of a 'shopper'! (I'll admit I prefer to shop online.) The store is easy to access, park, move around, it's well stocked, clean, and the employees are all welcoming and friendly. I purchased a TV during my most recent visit, and I received good, solid advice from a helpful employee. No attempt to oversell. Looking forward to returning soon! read more
