I returned them both for another chain, but am still having issues. Kay's bank has taken weeks to get the refund/exchange taken care of and my balance has been wrong for weeks. So now I'm waiting on a dispute phone call from the incompetents who don't know how to enter information properly. I boxed back up everything and took them to a Kay's store in Tulsa, OK at Tulsa Hills. The manager, a lady, told me they are not affiliated with online orders. What!!!!! I have never ordered from a store online that I could not take it back to their stores. I was told to call corporate, which I had to ask the manager for a number, she had already returned to her office and had dismissed me. I turned in a claim and was told they would get back to me in two weeks! I was being treated like I did something wrong, when all I did was trust them with my money and to send me my necklace. DO NOT buy from Kay's! If they mess up your order they treat the customer poorly and do not own their responsible for their mistake. I feel the manager should of acted like she cared that Kay's made a mistake and called corporate office herself to see if the problem could be solved. I now just have to wait to see if they will send me my necklace or just ignore me.
