I was just in your store Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Woodland Hills store. Unfortunate had a bad experience. Customer service was not up apart. I needed a price check where items didn't have a price the security guard told me to wait in line. I told him I had one item didn't know if I wanted to buy it till I knew the price. He call the manager. She as if I was bothering her. walked away . So I left and went to your competitors. Burlington Coat Factory found a better price and more items to buy. Employees weren't that bad but Management was very lazy, wouldn't get on registers as a cashier to help even the newest of employees on busy Saturdays! Never have I ever seen a store run so poorly. I feel sorry for the employees who do stick it out and it s no wonder why the turnover rate is at an all time high!!! read more

I love Ross but this particular store gave me a headache. It was unorganized and I had a hard time finding sizes. I was out on a Friday early afternoon and the store wasn't that busy so I don't understand how it was already so messy. Maybe I caught it on a bad day. I awkwardly like to sing "I got it at Ross" whenever people ask me where I got my luggage. It's unique and floral printed and by far the best Ross find ever. Unfortunately, my luggage did not withstand it's last trip and after a good two years it cracked. Since, I've popped in Ross whenever I'm in the area hoping that luck will be on my side. This location is great- it's always a little crowded and therefore seems picked over but the staff always looks like they are relentlessly trying to keep up and tidy up after the masses come through. Ross is good for me when it comes to luggage and Christmas decor! If I stay too long, I usually end up with a cart full of things I really don't need. That's my biggest advice - go in with a clear idea of what you're looking for! read more

I love shopping at Ross Dress for Less when traveling. They seem to have the items that the stores don't have in my home town. The location was easy to get to. It is in a shopping area with other shops and restuarants. You could spend an entire day in the area...just don't get in trouble by spending too much money. read more

I get that we are in a pandemic and short staffed but Ross has had this issue before the pandemic. I was about 5th in line to check out, #7 and # 8 walked out, the line got to about 16 people deep with only one register for purchases and exchanges. I actually called the number because when I got in line, they had 2 registers going but some how she disappeared after I walked up and left her light on and never returned. After waiting for several returns, I called the store. A lady answered and I informed her there was a long long and the cashier needed assistance. Her exact reply was, "I know" after inquiring if anyone was coming, she said no matter of factly. I told her it was horrible customer service and hung up. They do not care about their customers. And the front door security is a joke. Her job is to say hi and make sure buzzers don't go off. How about actually putting them to work as a cashier. And if unloading or shelving is a reason, how about you hire people to do that after hours. We spend plenty of money in here for you to hire employees. And if you don't want cashiers, become Walmart and put sled check outs! This company definitely needs to rethink customer service and policies. Not only does it make me not want to shop there, I feel sorry for the single cashiers taking the load. It's definitely not a job worth a bit over minimum. read more

There's a definite plus to living in suburbia, and Ross is one of them. This was another stop on my tour de Tulsa with my best friend and I'm starting to become super jealous of her available shopping choices. Ross is like TJ Maxx but a step down in terms of brands and that equals super cheap. I scored an awesome grey tank top for $4! Had I been in the mood for dresses, I could have gotten a major deal there too. They also have accessories, housewares, kids, maternity, and menswear. Score. The store was organized too. Very bad experience at the Tulsa Hills location. The line was WAY too long to just buy 1 item, it wrapped around 2 isles full of families with screaming kids so I decided to just ditch my cart and leave. I accidentally left my coat in the buggy and drove all the way home. When I noticed that I had forgotten my coat I called up there and kindly asked customer service to grab it for me, hold it, and I would come pick it up the following day. The lady on the phone acted puzzled as if it were a hard task, scoffed when I asked her to look for it, then came back to the phone and advised me that someone must have stole it. Something told me that she probably didn't even look so I drove all the back and sure enough...it was right were I left it and had asked the lady to look. I advised another worker of the lazy lady who lied to me and he didn't seem to care either. read more
