The store was clean and mirrored many of the Walmarts. I have visited over the year so it was easy to find items. The only issue that I had during my time at this Walmart supercenter was during checkout. A couple of the registers were reserved for something that was called for a spark member. I'm not quite sure what that meant, but I was sort of confused as to why we would be reserving registers for Spark Members that was not there when easily they could be opened to allow the whole line to flow quicker.

There were no vehicles waiting and only two in the bays, yet Kenny advised the wait could be up to two hours. I found him dismissive, condescending, and generally uninterested in helping. Since I was stuck waiting, I asked where I could get something to eat. Kenny directed me to the Dunkin' inside the store, which had no breakfast sandwiches, no donuts, and another employee whose curt "Nope" and "Yep" responses made it clear that basic questions were an inconvenience. While killing time shopping, I noticed a fully stocked shelf in the baby department visibly leaning and appearing ready to collapse. I immediately notified an employee working in the next aisle. His response was essentially a blank "And?"--no concern, no urgency, not even a thank-you for reporting a potential safety hazard. Finally, at 12:15 p.m., I received a text that my vehicle had been pulled in. At 12:22 p.m.--SEVEN MINUTES LATER--it was finished. Nearly 2 1/2 hours of waiting for a seven-minute repair. Unfortunately, Yvonne at checkout displayed much of the same dismissive attitude. Sherri and the tire technician who returned my keys were the notable exceptions--both were pleasant and professional. As a Walmart+ customer, I don't expect special treatment. I do expect courtesy, communication, and employees who actually care when a customer reports a safety concern. When the same dismissive attitude is encountered across multiple departments and multiple employees, it stops looking like one person having a bad day and starts looking like a management and customer-service culture problem. A seven-minute repair shouldn't consume nearly three hours of a customer's day, and basic courtesy shouldn't be this difficult to find.
