I do not recommend working with Avni Shah. Avni acted more like an administrative assistant than a seasoned real estate attorney, providing neither critical counsel nor contract review. Ms. Shah pushed standard forms without attention to my unique needs - and seemed bothered if I asked clarifying questions. Avni repeatedly threatened termination when challenged or when an error was questioned. She dropped the ball on a couple closing-related matters and then blamed other professionals for her oversight. Avni Shah's demeanor was not supportive and flamed heightened negotiations and frustration, rather than providing a helpful, calming presence.
