They responded with $9940.00 out the door and refuse to email an itemized invoice of the sale contract...Sales Taxes in the state I resided are 6.25% ($394.00) Lic and Reg. etc..Maybe ($200) That should put this vehicle drive out some where below $7k actually right at $6889.00.......These folks are charging over $3000 doc fees? read more

I don't recommended this Audi Dealership for service. Stop in the morning to replace bulb in my A8 2009. They took car and after 20 min told me that connector was overheated and damaged headlight assembly. So, I have to replace entire headlight. Quote was $1935 + tax (Invoice 329335, Sept 26 2017). I told that I'll think :-( Next day went to Garage in Freehold and bulb was fixed for $10. Mechanic in garage told me that he cleaned up connector, put new bulb and put it in place. No headlight replacement needed. 15 Feb 2017 I ordered paint stick for Audi. I paid $22.47 (invoice 184888). Item suppose to arrive in 2-5 business days. Called several times without any success. Item was not ordered. I cancelled payment on March 9. The same item was ordered in Audi Flemington for $13.89 and I got it in 3 days. The same happened in June 2015 when they changed oil. Got car, grove to exit and hear strange noise when I turned wheel. Return car. They said Sorry and fixed noise in 15 min. On the way to office, tire pressure light came up. Check pressure - one tire was 29 and another one 45!. Invoice (N 277347, 06/19/2015) showed that they check tire! Had discussion with service manager and he offered free detailing next time. He seemed disappointed, or like he didn't want to put all my info into the system just for a quart of oil. I was really very happy dealing with Jason Skolnick for my recent used car purchase (dealer service vehicle, 2016 A6). Jason provided me completely accurate answers to my questions and even offered me information above and beyond my actual questions. Based on previous experiences with dealers in Brooklyn, this was a very pleasant surprise. I would also recommend the dealer for setting a very fair price on this car. My only two complaints were 1) the interior of the car, though clean enough, could have been made to look more like new with some attention to the details (I'm sure this was a job the service dept dropped the ball on, not Jason) and 2) as a first-time buyer, the warranty and extended service contract options seemed more complicated than necessary -- again, not a complaint with Jason. read more

I don't know where to begin but Halloween was a trick, not a treat with Bell Audi. Having driven 7 hours to see a terrible experience transpire. I had to pay $600 for my car back.I leased a Q3 and traded my car in which I only found out that the next day I made a mistake. I asked my salesman Luigi if I could get my car back and he said he would check if it would still be there...he said monday morning it was 'gone'. He lied it was still there cause of my Lo-Jack emails. I should have known better to go to this dealer for my first Audi. It is a bait a switch operation with obnoxious, rude, immature wannabes. Ryan Schmidt takes the cake. Don't waste your time....go to Paul MillerAudi, PrincetonAudi or anywhere else. The worse audi dealer ever. 100% recommend!! We had an awful experience at DCH Millburn Audi, shady things going on there. We went very far with them, chose a vehicle & were filling out lease papers when they increased the price on us. We ended up leaving. Anyway we shopped around & were offered different deals based on the features we wanted in leasing a q5. Moshe reached out asking if we had any questions & I told him the best deal we were getting from 2 other dealerships & he was able to match it but then found us an even better car with a slightly higher msrp! He had a lot of patience emailing us back & forth for 2 weeks. Since I'm pregnant & Bell Audi is 45 mins away from us, I didn't want to come in unless we knew the price would fit our budget & he was accommodating to that. The better car was a 3-4 week wait from the factory but we weren't in a rush. We were feeling skeptical like the deal was too good to be true.. but my husband went in & put a small deposit anyway. We were a little confused about some of the pricing breakdown because we haven't leased before but Bobby was able to clarify all of our questions. He was so patient, my husband called me on the phone so I could listen to the answers as well. 3.5 weeks later, on my husband's birthday, our q5 arrived!! It only had 14 miles on it, no one else got to test drive it because it was already marked sold :) we were thrilled. The best part? When we sat down to do financing, there were no gimmicks or shady additions to the price. What we agreed to is what we paid. We are so grateful we found Bell Audi. They saved the day! Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience at Bell Audi today. The salesman I worked with wasn't as professional as an Audi salesman should be. He was more interested in closing the sale than getting the customer a fair price. Tons of BS from this guy who lacks basic sales skills. In the negotiation, all he talked about was whether or not we could leave a deposit for the car. I had a great experience with Bell Audi. I actually went there to look at a used A4 quattro however I was lucky enough to get Adnan as my salesman. He didn't pressure me at all, but we were able to work out a great price on a brand new 2015 A4 turbo quattro lease without any 'salesee' crap. The dealership is beautiful and high quality, although it should when selling cars over 6 figures. Best of all, my salesman Adnan came in on his day off, the following day just so I could pick up my brand new detailed car! I am so happy he helped me get into a brand new Audi instead of the used one, and love it. When my lease is coming close to its end, I plan on heading back to get an A5 this time! The dealership is beautiful and everyone treats you great. I was very pleased! The car has tons of technology so luckily Adnan sat with me for a good hour in the car going over all of the options and stuff, and by the time I left I felt like I knew everything like a pro (almost). I was in the market for an mid size luxury sedan, I was considering the A6, the BMW 535, the Hyndai genesis and I have to say, reading all these negative reviews really made me avoid this dealership, however I did stop there just to give it a try, apparently I was lucky enough to get Nirav Patel as my sales person. He was thoroughly professional answering all my questions and taking the time to test drive a couple of different A6, a 3.0 and a TDI. Unfortunately we couldn't track the right color combos and options I wanted, I can be very particular, so I drove to a couple of different Audi dealers for second and third opinions and they still couldn't get me the right car, they all told me they would call me if they could find a match. Meanwhile I visited other dealers and was most set to buy the 535i with Xdrive when Nirav called stating that he found the perfect match. It was all smooth sailing from there, Nariv was extremely available, I had his personal cell and colled him a couple of times for follow up questions, he answered every time and was extremely patient. Four days later I had the exact car I was promised and the negotiations were smooth, they even gave me a further discount (aside from 7% off MSRP) so that I could replace the summer performance 20" tires for a set of all weather ones, because that was important to my wife. Nirav took as long as I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my new Audi A6. Needless to say, I can't speak for Bell Audi's sales force, but the team I got Nirav and the finance agent I got (I lost his card, sorry I don't recall his name, but he was very patient and professional not pushing me for any options but rather educating me on every option available and very respectful with my decisions) , were both awesome. If you're in the market for an Audi, give Bell Audi a chance, just ask for Nirav Patel, he'll do the rest for you. read more

Confirms All the Negative Stereotypes about Car Salespeople I have been to several Audi dealerships and typically had some pretty good service. Not this time! While the test drive was smooth, when it came down to price discussions, they were condescending and insulting. For all the people who are buying cars from here, take this as a caution that you are probably getting ripped off for several thousand dollars. They looked at my trade-in and the salesperson, Allen Sorochiello, came back to me with this reluctant look on his face and said as if he was doing me a favour "Yeah, we can take in your car" and proceeded to give me a value that was $4k less than a conservative KBB value. When I then told him that the value was low, he said "I can probably help you with a couple hundred dollars". That is insulting for someone who is coming in to buy a 45 thousand dollar car. His manager (I think it was Ryan Bonderenko) then came into the discussion and tried to give me some nonsense about how they had discounted the price already, from a number that all of us know is a made up number. When I insisted that he cut to the chase and give me a final number, he still stuck to some very silly used-car lot salesperson tactics, and wouldn't budge an inch. Other dealerships in NJ/NY/CT have much better service, stay away from this one. read more

Dishonest management and fraudulent practices. Charged me nearly a thousand dollars for fixing a simple water drainage issue in my car. When that problem returned in a year or so, they refused to stand behind their work and instead claimed that this time the water drainage issue was from the other side of the car and that they would need to charge me the same exorbitant amount again to fix it, even though it was clearly visible that water was leaking from the same side. I took it to another Audi repair shop where they confirmed that the leak was from the same side as before and fixed it for under $200. If this is not blatant deception then I'm not sure what is. read more

This is my second lease with Bell Audi. My first time around was seamless. The second time around at first it seemed as seem less. The negotiations were fair. However after I left the dealership, it all went down hill. I had called to find out if my plates were in. I was told. No. When actually they were in over a week ago and plates were sent to the wrong address. I had to bring it to their attention and no one appoligized for THEIR mistake, until I brought that to their attention. I had to drive over 3 hours to retrieve my plates. And wanted to be compensated for my expenses. The dealership manager refused the request via Audi experience. The salesman had my cell and sent me a unprofessional text message,saying I should have told them I retrieved the plates myself. If I left it up to them I'd be driving around with expired temporary plates. I can honestly say with conviction I will NEVER return to bell Audi. And will stick to my original plan of going back to BMW. If your in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor and find another dealership if you want to be treated like a valued customer. read more

So after all of the hardships I had from the Audi-Lemon that I purchased back in 2009, I couldn't take it anymore and I just had to have another Audi. I really tried to stay away from Bell, because of my last experience with them, but after months of research and dealing with other Audi dealerships across the country in pursuit of the right car for me, Bell happened to have the exact car that I was looking for and it was priced right. I made an appointment to see the car and met Albert. As it turns out, Albert is the exact type of sales person that you want to deal with when buying a car, especially an Audi. The man not only knows what he is talking about when it comes to Audi, but he is bluntly honest. Not only did I buy the car that day, but I came back 2 weeks later and bought another car off of Albert, after I went to another Audi dealership in Nyack and realized how much better Albert and Bell Audi are for my needs. Albert also told me plenty of other things about the Audi Experience, which were never mentioned by the previous sales person, named Marc Levine. I highly recommend that you avoid Marc and every other sales person here and go directly to Albert. Lastly, I can honestly say that Bell Audi has stepped their game up. Purchased a 2015 Rx350. I am very pleased with the vehicle overall.. It had a tire that was slowly losing air, so I didn't notice until i got home. I informed the sales man after I test drove that I can feel the car pulling to the right. He claimed it to be Rt.1 and unfortunately, I accepted that. They put a new tire on at my expense with no labor charge. This is what prevents it from being a 4 or 5 star review in my book. If they would have taken care of this issue I would highly recommend. Called and dealt with Aubrey, he took care of me and my family. The only other thing I could think of to say is that it took a while to get into the finance office, but the place was busy, so it's understandable. This doesn't bother me because I did not have any expectations in terms of how long really, as long as I got my car that day as I had planned. Also, I didn't make an appointment so maybe that would've made it quicker. Even this was not all bad because once I got into finance it was probably the fastest I've ever been through a finance dept. They even scanned all my paperwork and put it on a thumb drive instead of handing me a folder full of paperwork. I bought the car at the advertised price, and there wasn't thousands of dollars in extra fees as a lot of used car dealers try and scam you with. Overall this place is OK, not all great and not all bad much, much better than Tri-county lexus. read more

So, I called this place yesterday trying to get some information on a used Acura MDX and they had no problem putting me on hold for 15 minutes. After being slightly annoyed, I hung up and called back and explained I wasn't going to hold again for that long. I was put in touch with a salesman that was with a customer. I told him the basics of the info I wanted and he took my number and told me he would call me back. No call. I called today and asked to speak with a manager since the sales people don't want to sell. Apparently the managers meetings are more important than the customers are. I was again told they are too busy and they would call me back. No call again. Looking at all of the other reviews, I believe this is about as far as our business transaction will go. I purchased my Audi A4 on August 9, 2014 with 12000 miles approx on it. I did my first oil change when the car had 15000 miles on it and I had it done at the Bell Audi of Edison. They filled the oil tank and returned the car to me but what surprised me was that within 2100 miles of driving the car, the oil level indicator came on and I had to fill the oil again. I took my car to the dealership and they said that they would fill it in and initiated phase 1 of the oil consumption test. The representative there told me to bring the car back when the oil light comes on and surely enough it came on again at 20000 miles. I took the car to the dealership and what concerned me is that the representative that promised to replace the piston and rings, tells me that he will only change these parts upon receiving approval from Audi Headquarters. I was told by Bell Audi when i purchased the car that it should run 10000 miles between every oil change, however, in this case, my car runs an average of 2500. Bell Audi sold this car fulling knowing that there was an oil consumption problem and now I have to deal with it. To make matters worse, every three weeks, the back right tire gets deflated and a warning pops up and the dealership claims to have fixed the problem, yet there is no permanent solution. I contacted Bell Audi in Edison NJ to inquire about a 2015 Audi S5 they had advertised on their website. I was searching for a pre-owned Audi S5 for several months I knew exactly what I wanted and was prepared to make a cash purchase. I spoke to Ajay Puri, Bell Audi Brand Specialist who checked the availability of the car, and confirmed the internet price. He emailed me a copy of the original window sticker and Carfax report so I could confirm the cars options and vehicle history. We negotiated a fair price for the S5 including my trade which was approved and accepted by his general manager. I told him I was prepared to place a $500.00 deposit on my AMEX card to hold the car and I would present him a certified check for the balance when we took delivery of the car. He told me he would call me back in one hour once he had an opportunity to draft the bill of sale and calculate all of the costs including, tax, tags and administrative fees. When he called back he told me that there was a miscommunication and he could no longer honor the negotiated price. He proceeded to inform me that the new price for the S5 had increased by $3,000.00 which was now higher than the advertised price and the value of my trade had decreased by $1,000.00. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to purchase the car it was going to cost an additional $4,000.00 from our previously negotiated price. He begins to start the negotiation all over again by suggesting that his manager would discount another $1,000.00 if we did the deal today. I thought we already had a deal but I guess Bell Audi is exempt from honoring a verbal offer and acceptance. I insisted that he honor our original agreement but he refused. I am simply amazed how this dealership finds it acceptable to waste my time negotiating a fair deal only to rescind it prior to issuing a deposit. If a dealership is unwilling to honor their commitments during the pre-sale how can you possibly trust they will honor their commitments after the sale? I am further surprised that a quality car maker like Audi would tolerate any dealer who demonstrates such deceitful business practices. How can Audi possibly retain brand loyalty when dealers like Bell Audi continue to tarnish their good name? I can assure you that I will never do business with Bell Audi and I will certainly discourage my friends, family, colleagues and business associates from doing business with them as well. If you are in the market for an Audi I would suggest finding a dealer who respects you, your time and values your business because it is clearly not Bell Audi. read more

bought a used car from them with 40k on it .left the dealer with the car something didn't feel right when driving it .i said something they made me take it to bmw because they refused to give me a loaner the car had flat spots on all 4 tires and the car was leaking windshield wiper fluid.they than made me take the car to them for them to look at it and say the same thing and give me the big fuck you and said sux to be you instead of trying to help me out .normally tires aren't to big a deal unless there run flats that cost over a 1000 bux to replace not something i was to happy about for a car i just bought .needless to say i am going to be sueing them because this was a bit ridiculous they kept saying the as is thing but when you spend alot of money on a car and the tires are bad its a little ridiculous because i would have not bought the car and went somewhere els for a car instead of dealing with this headache . they also did this knowing that they were customers of my restaurant and knowing me and my business partner both planed on leasing audis from them . needless to say wear just going to go somewhere els that we don't have to have the thought in the back of are mind did they get one over on us .so this is my review BUYER BEWARE ...... read more
