Workers shout across lanes, and their illegally modified mufflers create excessive noise -- violating NYC regulations. No "I'll call you back later" -- straight to the point and transparent from the start. I told him I had a trade-in and the highest offer I got anywhere else was $19,000. He asked me to send him a video of the car, and shortly after he texted me back saying he could do $19,500. We worked out a deal on a $98,000 car for $1,128/month for 24 months with only the first month due at signing. I asked if he could roll my negative equity into the lease and he said absolutely. Payment went to about $1,250/month with just the first month out of pocket. I told him we had a deal and to get me the car. Then around 3pm he calls me and says, "Listen, I can get you the $106,000 car for only $10 more a month." I literally told him, "Why are you even asking? Just do it." By 3:15pm he sent me the credit app. By 3:30pm I was approved and already had the VIN to put insurance on the car. The next day the car was delivered right to my house. He told me it would arrive between 3-5pm and it showed up at 2:55pm. We signed everything in under 10 minutes, they took my trade, transferred my plates, and my old car was paid off within a couple of days. This guy is the real deal. No games, no wasting time, no nonsense. I dealt with Abe years ago and he was always on point.
