Usually I love this kiosk. We've only been a few times but most employees are really friendly and…read morehelpful. The last time I went we needed to get a phone for me as mine had broken. The woman told me I could get no deals because I was a long time customer. So I became a new customer to get the deal and cancelled my old account. She used my data (1.8g) in the first hour I had the phone transferring things. She then told me it was "taking too long" and sent me home with both phones for the transfer. The ap stopped working and I couldn't get it back without store authentication. She was too busy talking about her weekend to help me. I called Virgin to tell them I will not be paying the setup fee as she didn't set my phone up and I've now lost a lot of pictures and videos. I made a formal complaint to them about her customer service. I think the owner should know that her wages are wasted money as I will recommend people wait and see one of the other employees before "wasting her time"

I just left store for 6th time to try to get what I originally asked for. Error after error, excuse after excuse--and she is the manager. Don't buy their promises. Stick with Verizon . Wish I did.
