They have extremely efficient and pleasant personnel and the most reliable internet service I've ever had, with reasonable prices (that never get jacked) to boot....kind of the opposite from the ratbastard telcos you're used to. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you're fortunate to be in an area/building where their service is available, you'll be sorry if you don't sign on.

I was curious on switching my ISP as the fees kept creeping up and even with my well negotiated contract I was looking around for a new service source as didn't know what options I would have when renewing. I will give dotto one kudos for being persistent as after they initially got my contact they kept following up and even made it an easy decision to switch to their service with the penalty from the current provider. The installation was smooth and was done within an hour. I have a somewhat complex setup at home with some legacy equipment blended in with new tech. There was a technical glitch with the hardware on the legacy tech that made me connect with their support line a few times. They are quite helpful and being a smaller operation you even get the people who have dealt with your issue before hand. Believe me it's a big time saver not having to explain the issue again and again. With a few adjustments and troubleshooting on both ends I am satisfied with the service I have. I will update in the long run but so far a solid service. Update for long term usage. It has almost been a year and the service and support have been rock solid. A rarity IMO for the service industry in Canada. I am talking about no service calls requests after the initial issues, billing. The tech support went out of their way to help me out with a tech issue I was having initially. Updating to a 5 star rating (rare feat)

    The irony of poor communication from this phone repair company could not be overlooked. I was…read moreoutta town and called about opening hours before the holidays for pickup. They said they would be open Monday dec 23, and closed 24, 25. I travelled from out of town on 23rd to see a sign saying sorry we are closed! called the store, answering machine said "for best service, come in, open 12-6". Frustrating hearing that, while standing at store reading a hand written sorry we are closed sign. Especially after telling me they would be open that day, over the phone, 72hrs prior. The quote was adjusted down! Said it was a quick easy repair, and because they were not there when they said they would be, would not charge me full price. But during the initial quote they said if it was easy repair, he would not charge me full price...having said all that Item was repaired sucessfully, and in a timely manner. I would have much rather payed the full price and not have my time wasted.

Going into JTG was quite a different experience from previous iPhone problems providers I have tried. No appointment , no signing in and then waiting in a mall until called, service reps that used lingo, I could not understand or not having the ability to discuss with me the problems I was having with my phone without dismissing what I was saying or showing their impatience and annoyance when dealing a person who had computer limitations. Dave who ended up working on my iPhone was friendly, patient, informative and knowledgeable. My phone did not get fixed because Microsoft needs time to update some of my Info but Dave set that up for me to get done and then the rest of the repairs can be done. I walked out of there feeling good and relieved that I have a great place to go back with any other computer type problems and know they will be dealt with quickly and honestly. JTD System policy is that if you bring something in and they are not able to fix it, the customer does not pay. What a great way to run a business!
